  • I travel to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina (with BullDawg MFG) for the 2024 Myrtle Beach Jeep Jam. A Jeep event that involves off-road vendors, an obstacle course, show and shine, and plenty of unique jeeps in the parking lot. This event is a 3 day event (Friday - Sunday 11am to 5pm). Let me know if you have any questions about the event and when it comes to Jeeps…Keep it Classic!

Hi jake we met at jeep jam myrtle beach. I was the guy eho had kust bought a 2005 jeep tj in pv5. You had mentioned several things to do to prolong the life of yhe frame and eas eondring if you had made a video detailing the steps and products to use. One thing you had mentioned was dome eay to spray the inside of the frame but i forgot the product. Thanks

@@earlboyes7395 hey! I made a video in the past about problem spots to look for on the frame & body, but I’ve not made one about the products to refinish the frame. I need to make one in the future. Eastwood internal frame coating is what I would use to paint and protect the inside of the frame. I would first clean out the inside of the frame with a pressure washer sewer snake and drill those holes below the control arm mounts for water to escape. Then get compressed air and try blowing the chunks out if you have large chunks in the frame. I also had a buddy make a contraption to adapt to a shop vacuum to suck the pieces out but I’m unsure what he used to make it. Hope that helps!

@@renegadeadventuredivision I found a few. Definitely not as many as I’d hoped for. CJs are getting harder to find at these smaller events. Makes me appreciate Jeep Invasion even more lol

@@civilianjeeps Yeah that seems to be the case within the videos you make. No fault of yours obviously. I am just glad that I can just look in the garage and see a CJ and be happy.
