TNT/Cartoon Network (UK/Europe) - Handover, early 1998

Right, you've seen how Cartoon Network hands over to TNT, now to see what happens the other way round. TNT shuts down at 5.00am, CN wakes up from ZZZZing, but occurs a technical problem on the way, hence forth the double DOG and then into a Toon Byte, if I remember correctly Toon Bytes were fillers on CN.
