I tried this yesterday n it came out so good..every one has full mouth praise for me..but I have a extension to it..I added good amount of grated paneer at d time of serving which made it smooth n so light to taste..thnx alot..full mouth praise to u..hats off to this channel..

Great timing.. I wanted to make kadai gosh with mutton only had chicken so thought I'd substitute it with chicken.. When I got to the phone to check for the recipe had a notification saying kadai chicken from U.. Next time will try this but with curry chicken not broiler..

Thanks waiting for it :) if you search whole youtube then not even a single recipe which is original kashmiri mutton rogan josh , everybody is using onion and other same like mutton curry .

Preferably the authentic Kashmiri version which does not use tomatoes at all.
Check out "Preserve heritage" channel. They have a quite good rogan josh recipe with quite positive comments.
In the ingredients section you have mentioned you took 400 gms of chicken. If i wanted to make 2kgs do i just multiply all ingredients quantity by 5?

Hey Bharat, I'm not sure if this recipe would resonate with your channel but I've looking for a tasty yet healthy Chicken breasts recipe. They always turn out to be dry and bland even after adding plenty of spices.
If not a recipe, could you please give me a few tips to make it better?
PS: Marinating the chicken in vinegar (Acetic Acid), and then cooking it results in heating of the acid. Don't you think it's harmful? Just asking.
