Lemon Posset 🍋

Ingredients:
~ 4 Large fresh lemons 🍋🍋
~ 1- 2 cups cream🍶
~ 1/4 cup sugar (any sugar of your choice)
~1- 2 tsp lemon zest
~ 3-4 tsp lemon juice
~ 5-6 mint leaves for
garnishing.🍃
Recipe:
~ Cut the lemons into half
~ Scoop the lemon pulp and keep aside
~ In a hot pan add cream
and sugar
~ Stir well until texture becomes smooth and creamy
as shown in the video
~ Now turn off the flame and let it cool to room
temperature and add lemon zest to it
~ Now take the lemon pulp we scooped out
previously and extract lemon juice out of it
~ add the lemon juice to the mixture and stir well
~ Strain the mixture
~ Now take the lemon cup we scooped out before
and add the mixture to all the lemon cups
~ Refrigerate them for few hours (until it gets set like
icecream)
~ Now take them out of the refrigerator and garnish
with mint leaves
~ Serve chilled
