How to make Homemade Clay Pastry Icing/Frosting

  • This is a homemade recipe I thought of. This is a great alternative to Sculpey TLS when you're trying to make frosting/icing for your polymer clay pastries. This works for air dry clay, and you can also use this for decoden projects! If the frosting/icing isn't baked, I do recommend brushing a thin layer of glaze/gloss to prevent any discoloration. There is no exact measurement to this. It's something you can adjust to your liking~!
    ♥You can of course use any color you'd like~! I'm just showing you all the classic vanilla frosting :) ♥
    Just remember to let the icing/frosting dry up a little bit prior to baking. No worries, after baking, the icing/frosting still continues to hold it's shape! So you will still have a more textured look to your charm. Thank you all for watching! If you have any questions let me know! ♥
