Had young people over the house yesterday telling us they’ve been going to church to church looking for depth, tired of the fluff of all the singing in church and very little of the Bible. People are hungry, they don’t want to hear sermons based on movies and sports. Our young people are drowning in drugs and Porn addiction. Pastors feed the sheep with the word of God and preach the truth!

Just discovered Stephen Darby in July of 2022. I've been following these story lines since March of 2020 and in awe to find a preacher who was talking about this almost a decade ago AND an audience who is truly receiving the message. Side note: as someone who was raised Presbyterian in a very quiet and stiff church, the 'talk to me' gives me a giggle. Words that would have made us even more stiff =)
This pastor was the truth. Every sermon helps me to get even closer to God. Every sermon helps open my eyes even more. He makes other preachers look like there is something they are missing, which is helping us to understand, and prepare, for the coming of the Lord. Once you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior you have to continue to learn and change your ways to what will be acceptable to God when it's all over. Yes Jesus paid the price but we have to pay him back once we give our life to him.
