I feel sorry to what cathy’s mom did to Sophie’s mom when they were kids it was really uncalled for, but she shouldn’t let the past effect her daughter’s life and take her anger out on Cathy who didn’t even cause harm to her. Plus seeing Cathy manage to make Sophie participate in a writing contest while she’s dealing with her struggles to help her mom with her bipolar disorder made her a real good friend to her.
Sophie’s mom really needs to let the past go. I’m glad that at least she’s getting treatment. I’m glad Sophie forgave Cathy.

It was such a heartwarming story i was in tears. I had a group of 4 friends we were inseparable but now everything is falling apart. One of my friends sec has changed, the other one is moving out of town and the last one, my precious best friend is moving to another school. We cried a lot on the last day but there's nothing we could and with a heavy heart we had to part our ways.i just miss them a lot. They were there in my happiest to the saddest moments. I hope we meet one day and spend times like we always did 😓😓

Love Cathy's and Sophie's friendship. There always supporting eachother and sharing they're dreams. They're love for eachother truly shows trough the story. What Catchy's mom did to Lynda earlier was really wrong but still Lynda had no right to insult Cathy and break the girls friendship appart. Glad Sophie followed her dreams and they got back together again. Love always wins❤❤

Yes! That's what I was thinking.
More usually MSA protagonists grow to be teens in a short amount of time but I've noticed recently the animators have let them be plain old kids longer and not worry about boys as much. I feel that really helps us resonate with the character and show us in depth what REALLY led up to their decisions/behavior when they're older.
I knew Sophie’s mom was diagnosed with something in the beginning, why else would she acts Irrational over the littlest things? But either way this was a very sweet story about friendship. Nice to see that MSA can do wonderful stories like this rather than the same old copy and paste love story.

This story is one of the wonders of MSA stories and every time I look at their new stories, I look at all of them and you can see the story of the concept from beginning to end.
