    This is really helpful. I got some immediate relief from my discomfort. Do you recommend these exercises as part of a preventative maintenance program? Also, if someone has an acute flare up, how much time off do you recommend from pickleball, if any, in conjunction with these exercises. TIA!

      Definitely great exercises to prevent injury! Activity modification looks different for everyone, but if you are feeling very inflamed it may be a good idea to take some time off.

    Im gettimg more pain from my outer forearm from playing. I think i twisted going for a shot . I dont think its tennis elbow but not sure. Im on my second weeek resting and not playimg .still have pain
