Anime rarely makes me laugh, but this room scene did so pretty hard.
Then you haven’t watched one piece. It makes me laugh nonstop. And I’d suggest Voltron too. They’re in my top five favourite anime besides MHA, this and Demon Slayer.
I wish him luck on trying to get close to Nephy. And smooth move on destroying everything in that room.

D) use her as a sacrifice to summon an army of monsters, ghosts and demons to follow his every command

Place wasn’t originally his, but became his for… spoiler reasons. Sadly he didn’t have the time to inspect and clean the entire place thoroughly because expanding one’s knowledge in sorcery was more important and more immersive than some boring house cleaning tedium.
