Sir i have a fitbit watch model is fitbit varsa. the watch was working fine suddenly one day a red light on the back of the watch came on now it is not possible to turn it off Can you tell me why this happened? And what is the solution? Please tell me

Whenever I restart my versa 4 it does the same but it shows a cross at the end and shuts down.
