For those who are still struggling to import music onto PlayStation 5. You need to follow the exact instructions as the guy explained, BUT! Make sure your downloading an MP3 FILE. Anything else and it won't show.

If your USB is already formatted, just make the sharefactory folder, then make a music folder within said folder…add music mp3. Job done ✔️
