Are the met switching to Volvos for their armed response vehicles now
Nope they now have a mixture of old/new BMW X5s and now some Volvos too
They're going with a mix of both XC90s and X5s as far as I'm aware. Likely due to the recent mass recalls of BMWs. One force stopped using their BMWs due to the concerns around the recalls and had to use Peugeot 308s for traffic and firearms.

@@BritishEmergency It's happened all over really, some forces have to rely on one supplier whereas a bigger force like the Met can get several different car makes, they apparently have a unlimited car and recruitment budget!
