I don't usually comment but I was thinking, what about pairing the white/beige "grandma" sweater with the red skirt, some pearl-jewelry and a headband? Wouldn't that be the cutest Christmas outfit?
you could just use a belt for the pants that don‘t fit perfectly at the waist, I always have to do that because my waist is so small literally no pants fit me
You are so amazing. What stores do you do your grocery shopping at? Do you stock up on water? Can you possibly do some in store grocery shopping videos? It would be awesome if you could show how you do your full shopping trip
If those striped pants are only a bit too big or in general if you have the typical gap over your butt you can just sew a thicker piece of elastic into the waist band to pull everything tight in a relatively subtle and very comfortable way. Might be worth a try because it's actually also easy to do by hand. You either open up the seam and anker the elastic on both sides inside the seam or you just sew it on the inside of the pants. Both work fine.
For the rubbed thighs sew in a piece of old jeans fabrics from the inside of the pant leg to reinforce that part of the pants or buy those iron on jeans patches you then also iron on on the inside. Can get you a good amount of extra wears out of those jeans and it's very easy to do too and those patches are usually cheap as fuck and come in different colors too.
