Thank you, Duncan. I’m sure that those of us who are survivors of abuse like me will find this series very helpful.
I accidentally encountered a perpetrator of my own abuse recently which was very triggering for me; I’ve had much prayer and also saw a Christian counsellor.
She suggested a course of therapy, but I can’t afford it; it’s £60 per session, which I think might be a problem for others as well, especially if they’re not working.
