      @@ileanasantamaria2364 First I respect what the young lady is preaching! However, I disagree with her. I use avocado with a mixture of green oils weekly, and my hair is growing like crazy, I already had long hair, but know it is past my bra strap. What was a game changer, was using clarifying shampoo, and conditioner. Shelf life products have no life. The young lady is selling a line of products. Know your hair. For example I stop flat ironing and blow drying.

    YES! Finally someone confirms my suspicions. My hair has so much breakage, but I don't blow dry, or use heat tools. All I do wash 2x week. However, I use lots of conditioner. A stylist told me "You can't over condition" but I started suspecting my excessive conditioning is damaging my hair. Thank you for this. Love the tip about washing correctly to set up conditioner.

    Thank you so much for promoting use of products per instructions. There are too many folks on TH-cam saying to just use a product how you want to and if it doesn't work then that product isn't for your hair. If you use the product as instructed and don't get the outcome you want, THEN that product may not be for your hair. The instructions are there for a reason. Everybody's hair is different but that's why there are so many products on the market.

    I am a very tight coiled head and how I learnt not to leave products in my hair nothing longer than shower time was when the only product that made my coils pop would break a piece of it after every 30 minutes routine. 😂 It breaks my heart to hear people say nothing works for them. Give it time , I begin to see results most times on 3rd use (that’s a new product that seems stubborn ) but never longer than shower time = 10 minutes.
    Everything you say here is true! ❤

    Thank you for the advice!!!❤❤❤. I've been following you and BCG for years. You are the OG in this game. I'm so glad you mentioned putting food in our hair. I'm so tired of "yt guru's " leading their followers into a abyss of scalp fungus. Eventually, all that food in your hair and scalp will lead to major issues.

    I never understand the logic behind using a rinse out conditioner then a deep conditioner. I usually deep conditionner only. The rinse out for the days I do not have time to deep condition

      I have high porosity hair sometimes I need the rinse out to avoid tangling. The key for me is to shampoo before the dc which is usually a light protein.

    • @cutenobi
      @cutenobi 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      When my hair is extremely tangled, I usually tangle it again after shampooing with a rinse out conditioner before deep conditioning. But now I will detangle with my deep conditioner.

    • @DaFaBBMiSs3s
      @DaFaBBMiSs3s 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@cutenobi I'm going to try what you said, detangle with deep conditioners. Because that what I use the rinse out conditioner for.

    • @cutenobi
      @cutenobi 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      DaFaBBMiSs3s The way I’m going to detangle with deep conditioner is to shampoo first, apply deep conditioner to tangled hair, and not do any detangling until after I have applied heat and then begin detangling with the deep conditioner and spray water on hair if necessary to remove tangles.
