I love that the romantic story is just secondary in this movie, the main is the beautiful relationship the dad has with him.

I would even say this movie is also about accepting things the way they are because some bad things happen but may be if they haven't some other great thing wouldn't have. So we have to accept things the way they are and try to make the best of it. Enjoy little pleasure and moments :)

I love this movie. So sad there aren't more people who have seen it, it's so underrated. It's beautiful and teaches a great lesson of life.
We all think that it's never really possible to appreciate each and every single day, but after watching this movie you might just realize that it doesn't demand efforts to simply enjoy the present time and to find good stuff in an apparantly boring day. It's a great movie for multiple reasons, directing, editing, casting, performances, soundrack, story plot(s), the principle that even if you have a "super power"/an uncommun ability it doesn't mean you have right to fuck out and mess up the real good things in your life... I felt in love at first sight with this movie and I can't imagine anyone not being in the same case.
I don't like romantic movies, but this one is a good one to break that rule.

This is one of the best film that I've watched. It's not just about love story between a boy and girl. It's also about the love story between father and son and also how important time is. There are times when things don't go smoothly but what matters most is how you feel about that and how you recover. :)

this film has actually made me look at life differently. such an amazing piece of work. epic film
i thought when I started watching this movie, it was about finding your soulmate, but when it ends I realised it´s about to grow up and being there for your family. One of my favorite movies, ever.
What I like about this film is that it scores on so many fronts. Excellent song, great casting and directing and above all it captures the essence of a loving father son relationship. Very emotional personally.

This movie did something to me. Its so beautiful. It was funny, heartwarming, just amazing. ❤
The genre of this movie is not romance but romance, family, and life lessons.
I touched by two scenes. One is the scene Tim confess to Merry, after refusing his past love.
The other one is the scene Tim and his father take a walk and play with each other in the time when they were young, although it was only about 15years ago. They looked so happy and had no regret or reluctance.
I never get tired of this movie no matter how many times I watch it
I watched this movie twice just like Bill Nighy's character's way of living out each day: the first time to experience each day's inherent unpredictability and stress, and the second time to appreciate its small joys and special moments.
If there were only 5 movies I could watch for the rest of my life this would be one of them

About Time is a very positive and uplifting. Highs & lows, but It warms my heart thru out every time I watch it. Life is about time, how precious it is and everyone agree at some point we would love to Do or Undo their "piece of time". best wishes.
Every time I hear this...by the time the vocals begin, I have a huge lump in my throat and tears welling in my eyes. That is the result of a wonderful movie and the power of music.

The moment when Rachel McAdams comes out of the dark restaurant and Domhnall Gleeson sees her for the first time is priceless ... Talk abut falling in love ... A little like P.G. Wodehouse's character, Bingo Little, who finally settles don with Rosie M. Banks, it happens to me way too often (as I've learned from my beautiful wife who has a very hard right hand!) ... And what a great song.
Saw this movie yesterday for the first time and was blown away how heartwarming it felt. The time travelling thing wasn't so much of a time travelling but more of a morale that things aren't always as they seem - changing one thing also affects the other and we don't always have all the good choices - sometimes bad things have to happen so also the good things could happen.
I mean the older we get the more "what if.." thoughts are running through our head - especially if we feel that not everything in our life has gone the way we would have liked. Maybe if we studied more when young we'd be a succesful businessman today instead of being worker. Maybe if we had guts to ask that pretty girl out we had crush on our entire life would have been different etc.etc.
she was right. once more. probably the most beautiful and touching movie of all time. i miss her so much.

I decided to watch it just as romantic movie, however, after finishing this movie, I got to know the importance of time and other things. It became my favorite movie seriously
This movie was amazing in a way that it's more than a romcom, it's a beautiful story about the relationship between a boy and his father which is something we rarely see in movies in my opinion. Also, the sci fi elements didn't overshadow the movie which is pretty cool as well. It's definitely one of my favorites.

It's such a great film with so much of it almost relatable, breaking your heart with sadness, happiness, and an incredible love for the bizarre characters the cast depict. In short a beautifully romantic ideal that we can always dream of.

Excellent job and great editing, it is best to watch the show to truly have a feel. For some who do not understand the movie, they will never know how it feels to be able to smile to anyone and live each day of our lives as best we could. My best scene was towards the end when he lived each day twice but differently, I am able to afford a hurriedly trip to the coffee shop everyday and each time I see the cashier no matter who it is, I smile, it makes my café taste so much better!
There are movies and then there are movies like this.I was honestly not into watching romantic movies till i saw this one.It moved me completely to every inch.Thank you Richard Curtis for portraying life so beautifully.While watching the movie,it took me back to days,where i wished i could travel in time and fix things.Bill Nighy & Domhnall Gleeson,you two stole the show for me!Loved it & just loved it.

Excellent movie,Excellent actors,Excellent actress,Excellent director of movie,Excellent scenarie,Excellent song.
This movie was absolutely brilliant! I'm not a good film critic or anything but in my opinion the film seemed to be in constant flow and had a great structure. The plot was ridiculous and absurd yet somehow made complete sense and amazingly felt "realistic"....it must've been real gamble to pitch this kind of idea. The actors did a great job carrying this movie and it didn't make it worse that I have a slight crush on Rachel McAdams. During the movie you really went trough a full spectrum of emotions without overly emphasizing them. For instance, I laughed much more than when watching a typical sugar coated comedy-film and I especially loved that the humor wasn't so "in your face" but instead was, so to say, visible between the lines. About Time was also sad which is of course a crucial part of life unfortunately but mainly it had a feeling of contentment that then radiated in me. The movie, ironically, was the best depiction of everyday life I can remember. I was a real pleasure to see the subtleties in it, if you will.
This is a movie that everyone should see because it is simply a gem among the garbage that most films tend to be. I almost never give movie a full 5/5 but this movie I will give 5/5.
