She has always sounded mature for her age (well, at least from 7 or 8 onwards), but before around 10½ her voice was still noticeably "child-like" in certain ways. At 10 she seemed to lose the last vestiges of those child-like qualities. The next "great leap forward" happened when (or shortly before) she was 16. You say she sounds like a full-grown woman here, but that really happened at 16. It makes you wonder what she's going to sound like in, say, 5 or 6 years (i.e., mid-20s), when most women (singers) are just starting to reach their full vocal maturity.
Even though this was an informal jam session with Ivan in her home, filmed by her grandmother, it sounds to me like it’s studio-ready for record release!

I'm not sure she has a bad song, and if she did, how would you know? Her rendition of "If I were a Boy" wasn't my favorite but that's only because I already have a fav version of that song.
