Managing Dulcinea and the Priest after that was pretty easy, only had 1 death since I didn't watch my bleed. Meanwhile in the Carmilla bloodfiend fights you just get half your team staggered from fixed damage and can't even clash with the attacks targeting those sinners.

I believe they might have to nerf/adjust the battle cuz I share the same sentiments… and also the fact EVERYONE died except for Don (sinner) who was holding on for dear life. Still won but 10 health and a dream was not good for my heart lol

Tho the phase with all the unbreakable coins can get a bit much, thankfully I was running bleed so Ryoshu and Outis had self healing and could tank a lot of the attacks.
@@o-loop2438 The main problem I think is single-handedly the pride Hardblood aoe attack, because it doesn't show the additional aoe slots in the preview and the condition for getting them is only *3+3* stacks for the +2. Although I think that would only marginally help, considering the obscene bleed count it stacks. If someone is staggered with bleed on them they're 100% going into a death spiral if it clips them. That's the only genuinely unfair thing in the fight IMO.

Sancho returned, fell off her horse(shoe), wounded gravely (her will was broken), but kept clinging on to her slim hope. Don fought her, but saw she was still willing to go on till the end. (till the first blood lance she blocked 13:37) But as Don could not forsake his family and his responsibility, he decided to retire with his family while he lost intentionally to her as a caring fathers often does with their children to encourage them. So he could keep his responsibility to the end, while she can carry on with their dream. To push her onwards, even as he fell.
Could be. But I think that the "Hopeless" attack was meant to intently kill Sancho. In that duel, there will be no holds barred. Don Quixote has already given up on the dream and wanted to support the family he ignored for so long, to be able to make up for everything he did. As he said that the parade will not stop for anyone else so that the family can become happy.
I interpret the hopeless as showing that there’s almost no way for sancho to win, but despite the unimaginable odds against her favour, she would still gallop on with her dream, and surmounts the odds

I did the dungeon with 4 member. 2 slots on wheath (i later switch him to mcrack heath) and LC don. The rest i use dieci meur and lc ryoshu The only shit i hate is that force stagger on his phase 2.
Same lol. With a full team I think I only reached the horse phase. I went like "People have done it solo, how?" And tried it out with only W Corp Don. It was very nice seeing all unbreakable coins just miss hitting Don. Funny enough I even skipped the horse phase compleately by accident because I nuked true don with fragile + two S3 at max charge and him being staggered too I think. I kept asking where was the horse phase and then the final cutscene happened and I was super confused.

I did the solo too and I wished they precised WHICH don quixote they were talking when the passive said "if killed by don quixote deals 40 dmg to all sinners" I wouldnt have died twice and had to restart because of it. also I did the same mistake as you in the "SPACE BAR" moment, we can just hold it... even tho it makes me sad to admit it but knowing how to destroy your space bar wont help here ;(

Pretty easy actually consider only Barber is actually dangerous with the dmg , ducela is busy buffing priest and priest is on healing duty so once you kill Barber then you are good.
managed to do this with 5 character, Rcorp heath, peqoud ishmael, red eye ryosh and middle sis don the funniest thing about 1st Kindred is that when you got rid all of his "returning bloodlust", he became geniunely weak that mopping him till he's finally pull up even though that sound easy, i had to defend the only survivor (peqoud ish) from dying and make peqoud trigger horses that buff don so, without saying much: with teams, absolutely le't don bleed to make her be targeted by First Kindred at all cost, use other members to attack horse to give don major buff aganist First Kindred after that point, just keep everyone alive and le't don do protecting clash >may have forgot a character, but ryo n peqoud were the only significant in it unfortunately

In their defense, Don charging a windmill is possibly the MOST iconic thing he's known for in the book. And people saw the ferris wheels resembling shape on the map so it wasnt toooo much of a stretch to consider.
In my run, I ended up going in with a full team, only to have Lantern Don solo the final 2 phases, it was such a cool fight, I had no idea if it was scripted to be that way
Fun fact if all your sinners die, instead of resetting back to the checkpoint like it's meant to it bugs out and you're stuck with only don. This forced me to do my first solo, cinq don true solo with no support :D

Honestly if you have W Don, or even Cinq Don just solo it. If you can get past 2 turns without dying you’re basically set. In Phase 2, just dodge the skills with unbreakable coins, it’s better to just not deal with the mechanic at all. Other than that the fight basically plays itself.
no lie, he beat my ass up and down the amusement park with a full team, so i just brought cinq don and made sure she had a dodge skill aimed at his first unbreakable coin skill anytime he used one. that worked pretty well
you can actually reuse the same lantern don strat from the dulcinea fight, just make sure you have one s3 to heal when you're at 1/3rd hp to full and on the 2nd phase you can just straight up facetank it if you got staggered on the first phase and recovered the hp for it and proc talisman from red sheet to stack up rupture
You know perhaps this is the best way to clear this boss deathless, the sheer amount of unbreakable damage this guy outputs will likely nuke 5/6 of your starting squad . . . I had to basically accept that with my poor tremor team, fortunately I had all of my spare IDs (aside from base Greg lol) leveled up, so once he stopped spamming unbreakable AoE skills I pushed through.
how do you not get staggered at 11:04?? i got staggered then he hit me with 4 other moves the next phase but luckily i survive and was about to finish him and then 30 dmg suddenly hit me(idk what tf it even is) and then i lose
They barely hold on if you pay attention to the HP, but you can easily avoid that attack if you destroy all 4 blood spawn to replace them with the memories one, the new memories spawn will buff your team and debuff Don then provide you a gigantic ass shield against the special attack
@@huynhquocbao7970 I remember having 90 hp shield from 3 memorials yet he somehow managed to destroy my shield then stagger me compare to the video where he only has 1 memorial which only give 30 hp shield and yet he survives..
Tbh, soloing it is a more optimal strategy than bringing 6 sinners, since you have to sacrifice only one slot for evades to completely ignore the unbreakable coins
Solo W Don is actually how I managed to beat this fight for the first time. I swear she made it a cakewalk as soon as she reached 45 sanity. Though that 5% does rear it’s ugly head occasionally, and sometimes with disastrous results.
This is so hard, i cannot get through the attack at 11:00 , any help to get through ? Also how did you got that 30 hp shield you used to get through that attack..... The coin power of that attack in particular is too big to be dodged, thats the issue.

Honestly that is kinda unlikely. Don quixote offense level was reduced by like 40+ something by the bough and starving for blood as well as possible coin nerf because the duel in sancho's memories have him constantly rolling 30 or more

soloed it just by using cinq don + support cinq sinclair, outis for clash power, lcb rodya and r corp heatcliff for +30% damage(+any bleed ids like kurukomo gregor so you can get free heal once in a while, even 1 stack of bleed is enough) i feel like i was scammed how my toptirer burn/sinking party was demolished, and then kim ji hoon said:"let her cook" meanwhile me watching sancho slapping to death don quixote declaring another duel.
Barely won first try 45-49lvl team, and rodion gregor on the bench, k corp hong lu died from bleed and 1 ampule, and r corp meursalt survived untill the end, thanks to regret clearing his bleed. Weird fight with how diffucult it seems, only to see that Don Quihote (Sinner) cannot die.
Bro when I got to this level they automatically choose Don as 'fixed' and I thought I can't choose other sinners cuz I just got brainded after trio-kindreds and Sancho so I just goes with the flow and yep, this video explains the process lmao.
either bring lantern don, cinq, or w corp. just evade the start with the fastest enemy, and hope you can survive around 2-3 turn before starting to clash with some attacks to gain sp. once sp is good, just evade unbreakables and just.... win clashes. thats it.
You can clash with a skill and then dodge the rebuke from unbreakable coins from the same enemy skill. Point your dodge at that slot, then point your skill to clash. Youll clash, destroy any yellow coins, do damage and then dodge all the leftover red ones. Moreover, after activating your dodge skill, youll dodge everything else coming your way. Although you should slot in second dodge skill too juuuust in case your first one fails. Point it at, lets say, the same slot your first one points or on the slot after.

so, without saying much:
with teams, absolutely le't don bleed to make her be targeted by First Kindred at all cost,
use other members to attack horse to give don major buff aganist First Kindred
after that point, just keep everyone alive and le't don do protecting clash

In their defense, Don charging a windmill is possibly the MOST iconic thing he's known for in the book. And people saw the ferris wheels resembling shape on the map so it wasnt toooo much of a stretch to consider.
In my run, I ended up going in with a full team, only to have Lantern Don solo the final 2 phases, it was such a cool fight, I had no idea if it was scripted to be that way
Man, that final cutscene is cheesy, but the good kind of cheese. Especially with the fireworks appearing right at the moment they clashed.

Fun fact if all your sinners die, instead of resetting back to the checkpoint like it's meant to it bugs out and you're stuck with only don. This forced me to do my first solo, cinq don true solo with no support :D
Also before a patch came out you couldn't leave the battle mean that you were forced to die

Honestly if you have W Don, or even Cinq Don just solo it. If you can get past 2 turns without dying you’re basically set.
In Phase 2, just dodge the skills with unbreakable coins, it’s better to just not deal with the mechanic at all. Other than that the fight basically plays itself.
Solo him with W Don and pray to Ayin
no lie, he beat my ass up and down the amusement park with a full team, so i just brought cinq don and made sure she had a dodge skill aimed at his first unbreakable coin skill anytime he used one. that worked pretty well
you can actually reuse the same lantern don strat from the dulcinea fight, just make sure you have one s3 to heal when you're at 1/3rd hp to full and on the 2nd phase you can just straight up facetank it if you got staggered on the first phase and recovered the hp for it and proc talisman from red sheet to stack up rupture

You know perhaps this is the best way to clear this boss deathless, the sheer amount of unbreakable damage this guy outputs will likely nuke 5/6 of your starting squad . . . I had to basically accept that with my poor tremor team, fortunately I had all of my spare IDs (aside from base Greg lol) leveled up, so once he stopped spamming unbreakable AoE skills I pushed through.
These bosses are draining more and more of my sanity.

Honestly, this is just the easiest and correct way to do it. I jokingly thought I could first try solo and long and behold I did it.
how do you not get staggered at 11:04?? i got staggered then he hit me with 4 other moves the next phase but luckily i survive and was about to finish him and then 30 dmg suddenly hit me(idk what tf it even is) and then i lose
They barely hold on if you pay attention to the HP, but you can easily avoid that attack if you destroy all 4 blood spawn to replace them with the memories one, the new memories spawn will buff your team and debuff Don then provide you a gigantic ass shield against the special attack
@@huynhquocbao7970 I remember having 90 hp shield from 3 memorials yet he somehow managed to destroy my shield then stagger me compare to the video where he only has 1 memorial which only give 30 hp shield and yet he survives..

Don can easily bite through 120 shield so only 90 is still a gamble
Tbh, soloing it is a more optimal strategy than bringing 6 sinners, since you have to sacrifice only one slot for evades to completely ignore the unbreakable coins

Solo W Don is actually how I managed to beat this fight for the first time. I swear she made it a cakewalk as soon as she reached 45 sanity. Though that 5% does rear it’s ugly head occasionally, and sometimes with disastrous results.
This is so hard, i cannot get through the attack at 11:00 , any help to get through ?
Also how did you got that 30 hp shield you used to get through that attack.....
The coin power of that attack in particular is too big to be dodged, thats the issue.
You need to convert all his horses by killing them for the first time. It will give you enough to survive this attack
this is don quixote's true challenge, i used cinq and it still worked, especially since i could lower his sanity

Honestly that is kinda unlikely. Don quixote offense level was reduced by like 40+ something by the bough and starving for blood as well as possible coin nerf because the duel in sancho's memories have him constantly rolling 30 or more
Vergilius can still win whatsoever, I mean he's a Color afterall and he has E.G.O.

soloed it just by using cinq don + support cinq sinclair, outis for clash power, lcb rodya and r corp heatcliff for +30% damage(+any bleed ids like kurukomo gregor so you can get free heal once in a while, even 1 stack of bleed is enough)
i feel like i was scammed how my toptirer burn/sinking party was demolished, and then kim ji hoon said:"let her cook" meanwhile me watching sancho slapping to death don quixote declaring another duel.
Barely won first try 45-49lvl team, and rodion gregor on the bench, k corp hong lu died from bleed and 1 ampule, and r corp meursalt survived untill the end, thanks to regret clearing his bleed.

solo don that has dodge
either bring lantern don, cinq, or w corp. just evade the start with the fastest enemy, and hope you can survive around 2-3 turn before starting to clash with some attacks to gain sp. once sp is good, just evade unbreakables and just.... win clashes. thats it.
You can clash with a skill and then dodge the rebuke from unbreakable coins from the same enemy skill. Point your dodge at that slot, then point your skill to clash. Youll clash, destroy any yellow coins, do damage and then dodge all the leftover red ones. Moreover, after activating your dodge skill, youll dodge everything else coming your way. Although you should slot in second dodge skill too juuuust in case your first one fails. Point it at, lets say, the same slot your first one points or on the slot after.
I swear this fight seems easier when you solo with don quixote
Genuinely the only way to beat this boss IS to solo with any don that has Evade
