Suchanki Gupta shares her cancer story!

  • Cancer gives unexpected jolts but if you remain strong enough and get the right treatment, you can expect to beat it. The life story of Suchanki Gupta is a living testimony to it.
    A young, multitalented woman, Suchanki was a student at Campus Law Centre, Delhi University, when it all began in 2021. She was an avid meditation lover and dancer. But Suchanki gradual loss of her energy without any visible reason. Gradually fever, cough, and night sweats began to appear. Soon afterward, she discovered a node growing out of its size on her armpit.
    The family took her to doctor. After initial medication, doctors (mis)diagnosed her with tuberculosis. But she began to lose weight. When a biopsy was done, the report hinted at Hodgkin's Lymphoma.
    The time was turbulent following the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite all odds, Suchanki stepped into the treatment. She had surgery and multiple rounds of chemotherapy.
    as a part of the treatment. Suchanki Says Cancer is not a death sentence. Cancer is a blessing that is given to those who can overcome it. Be strong and talk about it. She relied on her mental strength to cope with tough adverse effects associated with Lymphoma treatment protocol. The young lady overcame cancer with a brave heart and a resolve to accept the changes in life. She believes cancer patients should be strong and talk about it rather than withdrawing in life.
