C'mon, this is more of a fusioatmospheric distilling vocal-emphasised warping techno black dot machine with a hit of psychedelic dilemma mixed with a bit of minimal dubfusion and a hint of indie death pop drumming. I would sum this up as a fastflinging vib-dubstep jazz influenced atmospheric masterpiece.
at 2:20 my soul left my body. great track. burial and thom yorke/radiohead are two of my favorite artists. i could talk about either of their work for at least an hour each
I wasn't really convinced from Burial and Four Tet - UNTIL NOW!!! THIS here is absolutely KILLING! AMAZING! MINDBLOWING MASSIVE like a wild nature/weather happening and samehand BEAUTIFUL and brokable like a new born child.... oughhh yeah!!
Moth by Burial and Four Tet is my favourite song of all time. Burial is my favourite Dubstep/Garage producer and Four Tet is... just well.. Four Tet. I was idly searching for Moth to play after coming back from a night out and... a new release from the allstars. I'll have to check this Thom Yorke fellow out.
This is great, but imagine this collaboration: Burial + Four Tet + Thom Yorke + Flying Lotus. The world would very likely explode from the sheer awesomeness.
This would be great test tune for audio system - combination of deep bass and fast-changed high pitches is just amazing, shows your audio system capabilities
@rustyshackleford2010 you make a good point. i think the fact that these artists are willing to collaborate with thom says a lot about how much he is still respected.
"Unkle (also written as UNKLE and U.N.K.L.E.) is a British musical outfit founded in 1994 by school friends James Lavelle and Tim Goldsworthy. Originally categorized as trip-hop, the group once included producer DJ Shadow and has employed a variety of guest artists and producers."
Thom Yorke is unbelievably incredible. Four Tet is incredible. Burial is slightly less than incredible. That is the logical succession of this song, therefore making it (3d12)+6(AWESOME!!!)
this is anything but pop man and yes im a fan of both four tet and burial yes and I know Wolf Cub and Moth dont worry. I think this is a quality song ive played it a few times today and its growing on me each time I hear it. I think its a great job by three unquestionably talented artists. I love those underwater chime sounds that are being used. I think the new sound from burial in this track and in Lambeth are different but goood different. Illl be buying it.
like this way more then the thom yorke burial remix a few years ago, great to get a follow up ish to Moth/Wolf Club - hope these guys get married or something - amazing stuff
so i'm gonna start a rock band, with that band make one of the best rock records of all time, then somehow end up with this song 13 years later, why not
@TheLastBaron16 Lets just be grateful that their collaboration didn't cause the universe to implode in on itself as anyone would know, these three artists together could cause immense destruction of emotion.....
@darunninman1 its double sided vinyl, with Ego and Mirror on each side. It is released through Four Tet, thats Kieran Hebden the wizard nice guy :)) Unfortunately they say its limited release 300 copies only.
it's 70% Burial.... i can't believe how talented this guy is. Four Tets contribution is good but just a little. Yorkes voice is narcotic and hipnotizing, perfect for the track, bur Burial is the man here and you know it
Fantastic Tune! About King of Limbs..this is Radiohead play music, in here this is the best elements each of artist. VERY VERY GOOD COLLABORATION. :) Ps. I want hear this live in collaboration tour!!!
Man! When that piano comes in towards the end of the song I find it impossible not to feel good about life. Such an amazing track!
this is a divine collab

Bit of an oversimplification, no?
I love the fact that you can really get a sense of all three artists in the two tracks.
The synths that come up around 2:26 are freaking genius, this is one EPIC collaboration.
Genious. I love this stuff. Burial and Tet with Thom York. Thom York just continues to lay it down.
Can't stop playing this ... over and over ... so good.
at 2:20 my soul left my body. great track. burial and thom yorke/radiohead are two of my favorite artists. i could talk about either of their work for at least an hour each
nobody is allowed to say anything negative about Thom Yorke. He is the music God
+Sarah Hoyt you have him confused with Aphex Twin or Yoshimi
the time i get this on vinyl and listen to it im going to expect "so here it is.." vocals on it. ive listened to this so many times.
Burial's dense flow watered down with Four Tet's glittering dreams and Thom Yorke on the top of that..yumm
The frontline of UK underground music. Magical. Dream team in the Area.
I'm speechless... Simply amazing

Not quite sure how someone could not appreciate this - so very cool
Wow.
On paper this is an incredible collaboration. In reality it's beyond incredible.

WOW. That was gorgeous!!!!!!

I look forward to hearing this (again) on youtube tomorrow,

This is great, but imagine this collaboration: Burial + Four Tet + Thom Yorke + Flying Lotus. The world would very likely explode from the sheer awesomeness.
Unbelievable@!!!! This better come out on vinyl
GAWD..... I WANT AN ALBUM FROM THESE 3 TALENTED MEN. STAT!
It is an atmospheric masterpiece indeed.
that piano's so hypnotic!!
I want Burial to release a new album. Unreleased tracks can only satisfy for so long!
This gets better with every listen.
This would be great test tune for audio system - combination of deep bass and fast-changed high pitches is just amazing, shows your audio system capabilities
this genre is individual to each persons different, but equally as real, personal reality.
@folklore2 grats on aquiring one :) It's a crime almost to play this in digital version, such bass lines and thortting monster beat. love it indeed :)
I get goosebumps when I hear this...
@rustyshackleford2010 you make a good point. i think the fact that these artists are willing to collaborate with thom says a lot about how much he is still respected.
Definately next level, incredible
thanks for putting this up so quick
this makes me so happy
The 11 people that dislike this have too big of an ego to realise that Thom Yorke is actually god...
Great Song! Great Artists! Crazy!
why this things cant happen live? i mean you wake up some day and there they are, three of a perfect pair together, making your life happier.
SICK. I wasn't really a fan of Burial until I heard his influence on this track... Sweet
@folklore2 yeah as it should be :) Thanks for info. This is such a massive tune it will blow up dancefloors :)
Thank you - Awesome - also for Lameo subscription^^^^^
This is everything I wanted it to be and more.
Thom Yorke is unbelievably incredible. Four Tet is incredible. Burial is slightly less than incredible. That is the logical succession of this song, therefore making it (3d12)+6(AWESOME!!!)
Back when I used to take acid I always listened to this song and the image really freaking moves. Try it.
i love that the rip features an introduction from kieran himself
This is amazing.
Ending so Nujabes-like... Love it!!!
I kinda like the ending more than anything else. Have to listen to it again.
this is anything but pop man and yes im a fan of both four tet and burial yes and I know Wolf Cub and Moth dont worry. @TheLastBaron16 Lets just be grateful that their collaboration didn't cause the universe to implode in on itself as anyone would know, these three artists together could cause immense destruction of emotion.....
Is this the best collab in the whole fucking world or what?

@darunninman1 its double sided vinyl, with Ego and Mirror on each side. It is released through Four Tet, thats Kieran Hebden the wizard nice guy :))

this stuff is on point!
@ryandholcomb How can you say burial is slightly less than incredible, he is the one who creates the purest beauty.
it's 70% Burial.... i can't believe how talented this guy is. Four Tets contribution is good but just a little. Yorkes voice is narcotic and hipnotizing, perfect for the track, bur Burial is the man here and you know it
a classic example of post ambient minimal techno wave, indeed,
While I mostly agree with what you said, Genres aren't completely pointless. They may be uncreative but in the larger scope of things they do help.
Fantastic Tune! About King of Limbs..this is Radiohead play music, in here this is the best elements each of artist. VERY VERY GOOD COLLABORATION. :)
Ps. I want hear this live in collaboration tour!!!
love four tet's piano roll at 4:35
I like the ryhthm, it feels like both 4/4 and breakbeat.
+Massive Attack and Volor Flex. Oh god that would be so good.
Thom Yorke = musical (R)Evolution....
this is dope!!!!!!!!!!
@WINFIELD32750
i'm glad for it. so much potential that would have not been explored...
