How do I do this when I can no longer bend my knees or my middle due to edema? This is the most frustrating situation! 😢
I have the same problem, combined with sciatica. So hard to bend. Lots of pain.
So so so true. When you add sciatica to the mix, it's almost impossible to do that demonstration @@NKBobcat
Have blisters further up the legs
that good if u can do it yourself
So how do I walk like this?
Can u drive with these on? I'll be starting therapy in a couple of weeks but will driving to and from the hospital.
Why aren't you using foam in this tutorial?
What tape is used for this video?
Hi can ace bandage be used for wrapping
If U have lymphedema it is best to use Short Stretch Bandages (Ace is a No No)
No. Ace bandage should not be used.
We were trained in school to NEVER use circumferential wrapping as it applies pressure unevenly. Always use figure 8 wrapping
yeah unfortunately it seem depending where you go, a nurse will wrap you differently. Which makes the patient wonder if they are doing it correctly.
Over wrap 50% with each circular motion. It works.
I keep ending up with a bulge at the bottom of my shin
