Feedback or reasons for rejection are not typically provided by recruiters and acne/ pimples is a common issue among both male and female crew members, with many of us dealing with it. Additionally, picture quality is not a major factor. Less edited photos taken from phones are preferred over studio-lit ones. When I was going through the onboarding process they requested that I submit a photo taken from a phone specifically because I had initially submitted full professional studio photos. However, it's true that formal wear, particularly skirts, is preferred. I hope this clarifies things and encourages others not to lose hope based on the information that is not all correct. I'm a software developer and I got selected in 3 interviews while wearing a t-shirt 👕. And got rejected in 2 of them where I was in proper formal attire 👔
The question is when you are not prepared for interview then why are you going? Research, plan, prepare and then show up. Be professional for interview and be punctual,
Emirates always send all requirements through mail. They want 2 pics. 1 Passport size photograph and 1 full length in knee length skirt and its all around the world aviation requirement to fly ... international flights as Cabin Crew . Good luck 👍 💓 ✨

You can take coaching for spoken english and written eng if required , watch english movie , read books and most importantly communicate in english jaisi b aati ho because u will improve with practice n time

First reason in your case is lack of common sense, to even go to that kind of interview in your party dress.
