Hi mam, I have experience with Emirates above 34 years. There's gratuity in Emirates as you've mentioned for qatar Airways. Above 5years there's gratuity after a year it's 1 month. Emirates is contributing.
And Emirates also does its profit share with the employees during the year 22-23 it's shared 6months of salary as a profit share.
In a week only 42 hours of working.
After 3 years you could change your annual tickets. In one ticket you could go to 4 sectors.

Tbh, it was a much needed video, why, bcos both these airlines are heavily recruiting cabin crew world wide these days. And most of the aspirants have applied for borh the airlines.
Still I must say it will be a tougher decision to choose between the two, as both have attractive pros and disappointing cons ! 👻
Having said that, kindly, share your experienced thoughts on my QR application status "CC New MBR External" . . . Before that "Under Review" staus was in place.

Qatar airways is better in my opinion because of the number of Indians in the company. Emirates doesn’t recruit in india directly first of all and also demands 1 year experience whereas QA recruits freshers

I had applied for the cabin crew recruitment at Delhi and Chennai. I've been invited to the Delhi one next week but due to some reasons I won't be able to go for it. So, does the selection at Delhi mean that I won't be considered for Chennai?
(The last date of Delhi applications were today but Chennai is till the 25th).

Qr salary is almost 10k qar but after flying for more than 120 hrs. And welcome bonus is 1k in qr bt in Ek it’s 2500 aed. And live out req is allowed for everyone in emirates. One of my friends is living outside of her accommodation and she just joined. But company won’t provide you any live out allowance until you are married.And nowadays some Qr crews are undergoing transition training and flying for Oman Air , following their rules, getting paid by oman but staying in qr accommodation.

Qr crews working for oman air and getting paid by them only, so is it good or bad? Do all qr crew need to work for oman air?
@@UPSCfever_ it’s upto them and depending on oman air how many crew they want from qr but this bond is only for 6months. Though QR crew are enjoying this thing bcz there is no such rules and regulations that they have to follow, they are getting paid for entire block hours including ground pay , so less flying hours but same salary .

I’m not gonna be a crew member, (I’m just curious about aviation as a whole). And thank you for this excellent presentation. I just wished you included the part about expenses & savings in the compensation part of the video. By 15th minute maybe some have tuned out. - Doha became pricey lately. The cost of living I would say (taking that slight hire wages into account) is the same.
From what I read, Qatar medical insurance is more comprehensive and cover even dermatology. And can used around the world, while Emirates tells you to use their clinics and get a referral to hospitals from them. I don’t know how accurate this is. So take it with a grain of salt. And the Emirates clinic I was told is good. If living in the hub city is important, Dubai is more lively than Doha. But how important it can be if you travel all the time? 🤔

Hi, just a little off topic comment.while filling out qatar pre employment form I wrote my height in feet instead of cm. Although I told the recruiter about it but is it something to worry about? Obviously I have cleared the height arm reach test.
Don't worry about it. They'll conduct a height check once you come here.

@@maudbrobbey okay, do not declare anything on the legs. For men they don't ask to remove the trousers so do not declare anything. Declaring will create problems and course delays even if it's something small.

If they are asking for money prior to training and joining then they are fake bcz real airlines don't ask for any amount and there is no such telephonic interview conducted by any Airline the interviews are either walk in means u have to go to the location or otherwise it is video based interview and if you get selected then they call you for walk in interview

I think Etihad is the best as far i know, they're not that much strict like Qatar and Emirates, salary is almost same, you can get quick promotions in one year of working , no gender stuffs time limits in your accommodation
, Smoke allowance, no social media restrictions Abu Dhabi is more calmer and cooler Then Qatar and Dubai
