Nice job ! But can you explain how to connect the led ambient of the door to red and brown cable please ? And the main led strip where did u connect it ? I’m lost
Thank you so much, I agree I may not have been very clear because I am a one man band. Trying to capture same time as getting the job done. I’ll make another video tomorrow and upload it for you. You will ideally need a multi meter to check the voltage. The brown and red wire are the window regulator power which is constant on the front and rear doors. The main module is connected to the fuse box behind the glove box which is connected to the ignition switch. Hope that makes sense. Let me know if your stuck some where. Happy to help.
Really like the ambient lighting. I got a gte and I’m planning on installing them too. I want to ask about the speakers? Is there a big difference In sound quality?
Thank you for watching my channel, Yes if your after good bass then the upgrade offers that. I will be installing the Alpine Amp aswell in my next video. You need the amp for these Dynaudio speakers to perform.
I had to take all my door cards off, I’ve got ambient lighting installed in all of them including door handles, door pockets and the long strip. I put everything back together and each one is working fine expect for one door where the long door strip isn’t coming on, the handle and door pocket light work. Any idea what the issue could be ?
Thank you for watching my channel, Please subscribe for more videos. So the problem you have is linked to few areas you need to check. Firstly check and swap the connectors from a different door on the main module and see if the issue is the same. If yes then you will have to take the door card off and check the slave module in the door if you’re using the same kit as mine and see if the connector is seated correctly. If all this is ok then you will need a sample strip light and check the connector on the slave module is working. If it is then your strip light solder has come off and you need to solder the wire back on the strip. After all this I promise your light will work. Cheers and thanks again for watching my channel.
How did you feed the wire through for the dash trim? Thanks

Incredible video. Really helped me out and saved me a lot of money. One question, where did you connect the main controller and how?
Main controller was connected directly to fuse box. Next to fuse 5 from the second row from the bottom. Behind the glove box.
