What I appreciate about you most, Sean, is your willingness to share what you've learned and are learning. You set yourself apart from others who claim to have something to offer because you keep it real while offering valuable information. Keep it up!
I started writing a year or so ago because I found your videos. I'm still writing, but I'm rethinking the whole niche thing. I'm on the verge of finding the intersection between my passion and value for readers. I love your content; please keep it up.
We appreciate you and your videos, Sean. Although it’s demoralising not getting the attention and recognition you deserve for your dedicated work, since many people just get the idea of freelancing as an impulse and do not carry on with it, there are still many of us who really do appreciate your efforts.
I joined location rebel academy awhile back and though I've put off diving into things for a couple of months, admittedly just like you said, I am determined to finish out and get this done because your information through the academy is bar none the best out there. Took me awhile to get the niche thing down and figure out what to do about a portfolio, but I've figured it out and have everything at the ready to go full steam ahead. Thanks Sean.
Hey Sean. Thanks for that. And thanks for your dedication to your followers and fellow rebels. You were the one person who tipped my scale to start a freelance writing business, and have stuck with you since. LRA is a business school, Chasing 80 is sports oriented (obviously), and it's fun, it's a hobby and a profession for some, people become crazy "into" it. They're not the same animal. I would expect Breaking 80 to draw in a larger portion of the crowd. People "need" golf. They need a shot of mental morphine to redirect their brain from our declining world and have some fun, and some place to go, online and outside, to keep sane. And you provided that venue with Breaking 80. Like you said, there are people still joing LRA ... those people need a place to go to learn their craft and help them along their freelance journey. I think you've done a great job with both endeavors. You're still sharing yourself, and your knowledge. But, the times ... they are a changin'. People change. I'm glad you're still here, providing insight, your ideas, inspiration, truth .... And I appreciate that, as I'm sure many many others are. I don't know if I made any coherent sense ... thinking outloud. Thank you Sean for hanging in there. Ciao -Roger
Thanks for your insight on things, Sean. Times change, and people change, that is perhaps the only constant. The great thing for me about the material in Location Rebel Academy has been that it has applied as well to getting graphic design and videography freelance work as it has for the more traditional freelance writing work. I'm spinning my wheels a bit on building my niche site (issues relate to my choice of niche, not to the LRA training material), but I'm confident that will eventually come good as well.
i have learned how to write a great title from you using your format outcome+timeline+objection handled . i am new to this and from your video started content writing for my blog and not using only chat gpt. you are doing great. if you could can you you creat a playlist in your youtube chanal wher the title is bigginer and you have all the important video there like a free course. i have seeing all the playlist and i got lost sometime so thats why . have a great day
Is the community in the LRA still active? I’m concidering wether or not to join and I’m not sure yet, since I don’t really know how active the members are and how updated the content is. Hope you can help me out :)

It shows you've got self awareness and want to try. Your content is great.

Hi, Sean. I'm ba-ack! lol. Only been busy, actually. Good video and appreciate the honest knowledge. You, too, have a good day. 👍🙂👍
Hey Sean Thanks for the honesty. Why I joined LRA!

You’re so right! I based my content around Pets, not especially about writing (I write in the pet industry)
Good points. Thanks and grateful for your honesty.
Good post I appreciate all your dedication and enthusiasm :)
I really appreciate this video!
I've been here so long I'm still expecting you to say "roll VT" at the beginning.... And I'm not going anywhere
