Thank you for the video my cub cadet ltx1046 rear wheel is not holding air. Can you tell me Where did you get an inner tube for it an what size are the tires. Thanks
That was overly simplistic. The axel has 2 slotted groves. Apparently there are matching grooves in the wheel. If need be , when reinstalling the wheel, how are the grooves aligned?
Is the Axel shaft a square d style of Axel because of the transmission I had on I limited edition mountgumary ward mower has the square d style of Axel the Transmission is a Tecumseh hydro drive
I have the same model and can't for the life of me remove it. Its seized onto the axle. I've already bent the rim on the inside from hitting it with a hammer trying to pry off. Probably gonna have to heat it up.
Yes, try heat. Another possibility is to get a gear puller. You may have to drill some holes in the rim to use it. Hope you figure it out! Thanks for watching.
That was no help how do you get it off when it's stuck
Great video, thank you. Where on the rear of the tractor are you placing the jack? Thanks again!
It's been awhile but usually under rear axle.

I bring the wheels to the local tire shop. For $20, they put the tube in and do all the work.
I wish you showed how you initially got the rim off. My mower wheels are stuck tight. Do I need heat, a puller or a mallet? Thanks
Getting stuck wheels off, is definitely an idea for another video. These wheels weren't stuck. Sorry
Thanks I was getting anxious and angry you made me happy again I’m taking tire off with ease now I’ll can stop breaking things
Happy to help!

@@peterlewis2881 the axel has only one slotted groove and the wheel has only one slotted groove. Easy to line up and press the square key in place.
@@RealManSkills Thanks!.

The end of the axle is flat on two sides. Too bad that I didn't get a closer view.
@@RealManSkills That is okay I could tell by the way of the rims are fastened to the axle that they're square d axel shaft

the bolt is so tight my power tool will not turn it but rather turns my wrist!
Sometimes manual tools work better! Thanks for watching.
Thanks. Looks easy, now to wait for thIs heat index to drop from 110 to WAY LOWER.
Yes, this is too uncomfortable to work in. Thanks for watching.
