This video perfectly sums up a scenario that I saw unfold with one of my buddies. He got a full time job at Rockstar North (here in Scotland) and he was/still is a Blender user. His entire entry portfolio was done in Blender, and they didn't even mention it being a problem. They trained him up in 3DS Max, because that's what they use for most of their projects. He was hired entirely on the strength of his work. Now he uses 3DS Max in work, and Blender at home for his personal projects.
Haha, don't worry about pinning my comment. Just thought I would share a bit of inspiration for people out there learning Blender. It's the quality of the work that matters, not the software.
Same for me, I learned 3d in Blender and got hired on the works I did with blender. I can work in blender at my job but I still have to use 3DS Max to put stuff into the game engine cuz that's how the pipeline is made, for 3DS Max, so at work I got to learn 3DS Max as well but i still prefer blender for my personal works. Cheers!
If you have are worried how Blender will affect your chances in getting your dream job, this video will shed some light for you :). Also how cute is that cat hat
Hey, I'm not good at art but I know 3d modelling and texturing. And I intend to learn visual effects in college. Could I get a job in the gaming industry through that?
People should just stop worrying about the software they use and just take time to learn the Major packages, Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, you're going to have to be adaptable when working in a professional field like this, or you're going to fade into the dust. Never did I think that I'll have to learn other forms of software such as marvelous Designer, Zbrush, Substance Painter, Heck even Marmoset toolbag is something I just discovered and I've prepared my mind that I'm going to learn it. Learn to be adaptable, don't hide behind one software and say you're comfortable, get out of your comfort zone.
I agree Tobi, you should be flexible. I would personally learn whatever form of art i want to master, and worry about major programs later. Programs change all the time, i don't see the point in trying to always catch up if you are not sure what you will use and when, when you can use that time to perfect your art. My 2 cent :)
Can confirm I know of a Blender user who got a job working on Star Citizen. He had to learn Max on the job, but his talent came through on his Blender work and he's now working on a triple-A title.
i guess blender-crap serves there as a personality test: if you can endure its malfunctions, stupidity, weirdness, and all, then you're patient enough for any kind of job.
Depending on your skill level the program does not matter. A strong portfolio with the proven ability to learn fast will help you in just about any environment.
Thank you, your video answered a lot of my questions. As a future 3d student in a school which mainly used Maya, I was a bit worried because I know Blender for a while and wasn't sure if Blender was a "professional" tool but as you said the tool doesn't really matter so thank you !

22:00 DUDE! That's just on point! I also thought about it but from a little different kind of view - like if I want to be an artist, I _ought_ to be able to draw with pencil, even if I'm interested only in CG. Train of thought was like it's just a computer doing whole work and I can't do anything without it. And it really bugged me until I realized how stupid this whole thing is. Because if we step further - what would I do if pencil and paper is unavailable? Does that mean that pencil-drawers depending on their tool? Should I taught myself charcoal after? Then what, cave drawings and all of this stuff all over again but for legs, so I won't be depended on my arms? So it's really a great way to go mental, and wisest thing to do - is to not worry about that rubbish at all.

This was so helpful for me and my friend who are just starting in 3d design etc. he’s using maya and I’m using blender and we were skeptical to which one would get us a job. Thanks!
Mega thumbs up, very encouraging to hear as I am focusing on Blender at the moment, even more, hearing there are full on companies working with Belnder is extra cool!

Been watching a bunch of your videos Yan. Genuinely making me wanna try and get a tablet and try out sculpting. Looks super fun and like something I'd like!
I have been using Blender and Udemy courses on Udemy about Blender for 12 years now. I'm real good at 3D modeling hard surface models but need to learn texturing better. I used 3D coat for the free trial but haven't bought it. I like that you mention that if you learn one you can probably learn the others in a short amount of time. Thank you for the inspiration.
I used to ask myself this all the time, especially from when I switched from Maya to Blender, and I realised its exactly like saying: "I want to work in takeaway, what vehicle should I use?"... Well, you could pick between either a car, a motorbike or a van. Each have their own benefits and setbacks, but none are the wrong answer. I think ultimately the question is how quick are efficient are you? Are you a dick to work with, do you deliver slow, do you know your area well and are you reliable; the same exact questions for both the takeaway industry apply to the game and film industry, especially as artist. Learn whatever you feel comfortable with, learn it well and make an effort to learn the basics of the other softwares if you can, but ultimately train yourself so that whatever software you use, you can deliver the solutions that are required of you. Keep in mind the software today was never around 20 years ago, or even 10, so its not a question worth asking IMO as it'll always change. As a wise man once said: "Get Gud Scrub"
I have worked at studios where people were absolutely required to use specific software, but received training even if the software choices switched at random. I have also worked at studios where no one cared at all. It really depends on pipelines. Some setups simply cannot abide software variance and retain consistency. In my personal experience, this has been especially true in Mobile Games studios, which operate at a ridiculously fast pace thanks to millisecond level data updates on multiple products- Machine Zone being particularly insane. Also- and this is just in my experience- studios which didn't care or which allowed for variance within reason were WAY BETTER to work for and made WAY BETTER products AND featured competent management structures. UsTwo is a great example. Wide variety of products and employees wore multiple hats and were allowed a lot of experimentation within their individual roles. Happy team, great products, interesting solutions.
This helped alot, I am a indie game developer. I dont have too much skill under my belt but I try to just keep getting better. I have some reference work on my channel Yan, I would love to hear your thoughts! Keep doing what your doing
I have see that point. I had spend a lot of time to ask myself that question and yeah It bother me everytime :)). Btw I seen every single video on your channel, It help me a lot. Going to buy your course nextime. Cheer.
Im a freelance Investment Teaser Creator working mainly for a company that manages middle to big size investments (my tools that I currenlty use: Corel package (down graded from the Adobe package bcoz Corel is much faster to work with), PowerPoint (main tool for pres.), Blender (for some basic logo animations, advanced parallax/2.5D animations, basic 3D models, Krita, DaVinci and some handcrafting (and yes, that company asked why Im using those tools over the rest, I explained and showed my portfolio and they were suprised that you dont need to use those super expensive tools to awsome work). They had 2 big super professional media companies that did all the work for them, but they switched them out for me even tho I use much more basic tools (but still I get the jobs done). You may ask why. 1) Recomendation 2) Flexibility 3) My confidence - Sorry for the language - Im not fucking around. When I see something looks bad or an idea is pointless I just say. Those big media companies just do the Job ("whatever the client needs") and take the paycheck. Im acting more like and adviser. And guess what. They give me often the task to do basic firm identity designs (logo + an overall prototype design for all the marketing stuff - website/identity cards/documents layouts) and those materials that I created go to the mentioned companies that create all the graphic products they need. Oh, and they like my "artistic touch" :) Sorry for my english (never had the chance to learn it - Im just watching TV-Series). Greatings from Poland and keep the good work going. gl&hf
Sometimes, whenever I gain interest in the arts, I just glance at the lightyears of distance between me and my goal. At this point, I realize that since I am only going to do it for fun I won't stress about the amount of time it will take (10 years or more).
Thanks for this informative video. I think it's cool that TH-cam can, in a way, be your portfolio. If you make amazing things and put it online, maybe a company will see it and like it. I've never really thought about if the software affects your chances of getting a job. I just found Blender, saw it was free, thought it was cool, and then used it. I forget how I found Blender. I think I was trying to find a 3D software one day. Thanks for the info again and thanks for the stories.
I freelance for a vfx studio that either has a contract with larger studio or is owned by one in a first world country. I know I use Blender to model everything but I think they use zbrush at the studio for the sculpt pass. 🙂
Thanks Yan!!!! Thanks for reminding me that Blender is just tool, you made me feel less worried about learning maya. as I am currently working for a company as a freelancer who wants their model in maya. As a blender user who has no experience in maya, I shall give it a try by importing the model from blender
My pleasure, yeah generally when it come to modeling you can use blender since you shouldn't have any issues with the export. It becomes tricky after that though, animation fx and even uvm in some cases.
I feel like even if the place you're looking at doesn't use blender, you already know all the advanced properties of modelling and it's just a matter of leaning the different layout, and any features that are excluded or new to the new software. It's like riding a bike
For a while i did consider getting into 3D as a whole to work in movies mainly, i had to pass the idea because i know my self, i do love 3D its a awesome art, but for me work hours and hours and hours in front of a PC working on something that will probably not me "mine", plus the problems of getting works and such where i live, iam not ready to move and working online can only get me so far, if you're reading this and you think you can pull it off, go for it!, if its what you love it will workout sometime :D
Not exactly about social work, is the fact of being on a chair for more then half of the day, not really my style not for a full time job, i went to hypnotherapy, that will allow me to move a little more, and its another passion being able to help people with ther inner stuff and such :D
Nice video! It's so true - software is only a tool and main focus is an final result. [For beginners] At least for the first 3d app learning do what you want, explore different lands, be eager and be savage - just like at college - but keep focused and do homework)))! More comfortable you feel at learning stage - more progressive your study will.
i wish i was you... im trying to learn 3d poly modeling/sculpting in blender but i suck... luckily i have a very odd style so its simpler but still i have been making the body's more anatomically correct recently so my style doesn't just become low quality
thank you thank you thank you I was going to be crazy for this answer for pipeline in companies can we model in blender and import it in max or maya or ... hand over the model?
Depends on the company, some are very strict with the way they work and won't allow it, some are very open. Generally the smaller teams are open minded to that.
Your first story hit a chord. I have modeled a 2 handed Sword and Axe for game engines in Blender and textured and rendered in 3D coat. I would call them realistic. The wouldn't look good in World of Warcraft, but the would look good in Lord of the Rings. I have them on a few 3D markets, but Blender wouldn't post them and said they were not artistic enough. I was like Really. They are Blend files, except the obj and fbx files that I exported to put like on Turbo Squid and CG trader. I really was surprised that the Blender Market wouldn't post them, because of an opinion. Not because they were poor quality, and or crappy models with to many verts or anything like that. Because the reviewer didn't like the art style.
Thanks for the video Yan, its always great to hear from other artist. I'm kind of in a battle at the moment on going for more stylized looking art or towards realism. To be honest I like stylized way more but i fear because im here in america that we tend to focus on realism more. What are your thoughts? You think I should try and go for more stylized art? Im not great at hand painting textures but always willing to learn. Currently a 3d artist and have been using blender for 7 years.
Just like what you said, it's not about the tool. However, the company would ask you to use the same tool as the others in the company though. If you're not flexible enough to learn the new tool then you might not survive. Many people I know sticks to one program and never switch. For smaller companies (like where I used to work with ages ago, as a programmer) where most people work from from scratch until get the asset files ready for game engine, then the tool might not be so important. And of course, for indies, Blender has more appeal than those pricey commercial products. However, with EEVEE, it might be possible that more game company will adopt Blender into its pipeline. The reason is, since EEVEE is a real-time engine, we could get the result faster and closer to the real game (as they are both real-time renderer). I can imagine someone implements bridges between Blender and Unity3D, for example. This would make Blender not only a cheaper alternative, but also a better choice as it integrate better than many other commercial products. But then, that would be sometime in the future.
I'm new to 3d animation and lerning blender for 1 month now. It looks a lot to learn to be so good like you. I have a lot of fun to learn it but how long do you think it takes to be as good as you? :D
and I can see why. They all pretty much fall short of torturing machines for the user. Blender ahead of everything elsr, although zbrush is a close competitor for the one who blends your patience more.
Woow!! thanks for these tips. Can you tell me the best way to sculpt the model? I usually use mouse for this but if anything else you recommend will help. Thanks in advance
Unless you go to a super famous art college where that could be a selling point when applying a job (it will simply catch the eye of the employer since they expect high level work from students from these colleges) you don't need to go to one to find a job. They look at your work, not a piece of paper :)
One thing I'd personally suggest as a sculpter is dyntopo+smooth tool, just be carful, Dyntopo tends to be destructive in nature (meaning it actually alters the geometry iteslf, not just it's position) another thing could be subdivisions, or just smooth shading
hi @@yansculpts ^^ I have some Questions About 3D Artist Jobs. personally im a developer and i never used any 3D software tool like blender or Maya i try to be an artist when i Code ^_^. i have a friend who is in love with Blender and from my point of view his into the good way. but your point of view will be much better :). so my questions: 1) what are the Steps to be at your level ? ( at the moment he s able to model only low poly objects i.ibb.co/3zbZYXg/spritesheet-1.png ) 2) is it better for him to Continue wih blender or using another 3D software like Zbrush ? 3) does he need any Certification or Degree to work as Remote artist ? 4) how much time does it take to be at your lvl ? Thank you.

I find getting a job very difficult in any area of 3d graphics, not just in games/films. I've been using blender for almost 15 years now, yet i rarely manage to find some part time or occasional work to do. Maybe i'm doing something wrong, of course :D
Are you specialized or a generalist? The kind of work and type of companies you would look for would be different depending one which. Also sometimes you have to go to doors and put your CV in person. Just some tips :) True though that it is not the easier world to get into.
6 ปีที่แล้ว
Generalist, probably the only thing in blender i have no clue about is coding. You're right, meeting personally is often the key, just as in many area of life. I know, it'll work out sooner or later, but i don't like when i'm not in control, but depending heavily on luck. Thank you sir, and great job as always! :)
Mmm, not really for the first one, it isn't about being artistic that could be misunderstood if someone didn't watch the video. Definitely didn't say anything about being lucky. 3rd one i mentioned so i will give you that :)
Sooo... if you want to be a professional artist, you have to be good at art. How insightful! :) This kinda reminds me of those sculptors who use chainsaws. At the end of the day, you see the sculture, not the chainsaw.
Hello) I wonder, is there any chance to get a job without artistic skills? Say, for example, I know topology modeling, Uv editing, rigging and even animation creation but Have no idea how to concept, texturing, lighting and render... Does these skills need for a company, or it just useless? Upd: ok i got it(21:38) - no chance at all
You definitely have a shot, but you’d probably be the last choice. You need to start learning these skills, studios pretty much function by the saying: “Jack of all traits, a master of none, better than a master of one”
@@thereinthetrees_5626 um...so if i got it clearly (english is not my native) it's better to be a master of "nothing" than to be a master of one skill? Strange thing...but related to studios, sounds true (that's why i prefer freelancing instead🙂)
@@cold_un Not necessarily, the saying is suggesting that it’s better to have a decent knowledge base in many things while not having mastered any of them. As opposed to only being good at one thing, and neglecting everything else
@@thereinthetrees_5626 oh, ok) thanks) that is actually what i have so far. That's why i still can't design a good portfolio of my work(because of too many skills)
I don't have an established style in 2d like i do in 3d, since i haven't been drawing for a very long time. For now i generally draw from reference and inspiration, so i would draw from all different styles.
U said that u got no experience of years (demanded) but they saw your u tube channel and offered a job ri8? Soooh my question is this that how the newbies get job even tho they dont have experience nor u tube channel how do they (newbie) apply 4 a job when there iz a biiiig heading ... year experiance so u dont fall at that criteria u leave it and u dont dont apply so how to show your work where to show so that people looking for employees see your work or might hire u
18:58 as i mentioned this is my own deduction on what might have happned. It could have been that they simply just saw my Artstation, and not TH-cam. Either way, i still get a lot of offers for commissions jobs etc, and a lot of them are from Artstation, sometimes Instagram, so not necessarily TH-cam. Point here is that you don't have to be a TH-camr, you just need your work to have reach online so that people can notice it and come towards you if your work is what they are looking for.
I think employers will care more about your abilities to translate a concept to a nice looking 3d model. Other abilities they will look for are the usual ones like ability to work in a team, dedication, handling pressure of deadlines, etc... Not all employers are going to offer training to use new software though. If you have a .edu email address you can get a student version of 3d Studio Max or Maya 2019 to help become proficient in multiple applications.
but most job posting in artstation and such from companies state u need to be using zbrush or maya for character artist, cause of their pipeline, blender users can't apply for jobs, i myself started using blender a year or 2 ago, and u can say i reached decent level of skill using it and its a great tool to learn the basics, but now i m starting to think i should shift to using zbrush for many reasons, even though i hate how its camera rotation work
I know the video is a bit long so maybe you didn't watch the whole thing, i talked about that. There are cases where you will be able to use blender in a non blender pipeline company (rare but possible, especially in smaller groups) and you can transition easily to another program if you are required to. I also talked about how i got approached by a company that doesn't use Blender, even though all of my work was in Blender. Try to watch the whole video, you missed the point of what i was trying to say :)
i always watch ur entire video, i m a huge fan of ur work, i would have scrapped blender long time ago but kept using it since u created such awesome work using blender
wish big companies used blender, i love using it and find it very easy to use, even though its not as effective in some areas like sculpting in zbrush(high poly dynatopo such a pain) and not that great animation tools like maya
Yeah i agree with you it is a bummer, but that is not to say that big companies won't integrate Blender in the future. That said i don't think it will be the majority used in big companies for many reasons. As for Zbrush, definitely try it out it is a great program, it takes time to get used to the ui and all but once you do it will become natural :)

Thank you for such talk and also for this timelapse. I did missed the "uv unwrap" part of it. It called my attention the ramp you drew over the viewport for the green hair.
Yeah the ramp is the gradient option in texturing and i purposely removed the unwrap, i thought it would be boring to add but maybe next time :)

As a wise man once said: "Get Gud Scrub"
bcoz of this video i feel confident about blender. thank you
Welcome :)
Was that an ad?

This helped alot, I am a indie game developer. I dont have too much skill under my belt but I try to just keep getting better. I have some reference work on my channel Yan, I would love to hear your thoughts! Keep doing what your doing
Nice work Avidi, good luck with your zombie game development :)
Thanks Yan I really appreciate that!

Oh, and they like my "artistic touch" :)
Sorry for my english (never had the chance to learn it - Im just watching TV-Series). Greatings from Poland and keep the good work going. gl&hf
Good enough especially since you only learned it from tv shows !
Sometimes, whenever I gain interest in the arts, I just glance at the lightyears of distance between me and my goal. At this point, I realize that since I am only going to do it for fun I won't stress about the amount of time it will take (10 years or more).
Any way that works for you is the right way to do it!
thanks a lot sir was waiting for this

Thanks for this informative video. I think it's cool that TH-cam can, in a way, be your portfolio. If you make amazing things and put it online, maybe a company will see it and like it.
I've never really thought about if the software affects your chances of getting a job. I just found Blender, saw it was free, thought it was cool, and then used it. I forget how I found Blender. I think I was trying to find a 3D software one day. Thanks for the info again and thanks for the stories.
My pleasure!
Thank you, your videos really help me a lot! =)
Bonjour ;
Glad the channel helped you out :)
I feel like even if the place you're looking at doesn't use blender, you already know all the advanced properties of modelling and it's just a matter of leaning the different layout, and any features that are excluded or new to the new software. It's like riding a bike
Exactly :)
I can understand, if you want a social work life 3d probably isn't it, not in most cases anyways :)
Yup :)
Great video Yan! :)
Thank you Keneisha xD!
i wish i was you... im trying to learn 3d poly modeling/sculpting in blender but i suck... luckily i have a very odd style so its simpler but still i have been making the body's more anatomically correct recently so my style doesn't just become low quality
@Gaming Mania Thanks I definitely will now you just put a smile on face face thanks
Excellent work, i like your method of teaching or tutoring...👌👌

I was going to be crazy for this answer
for pipeline in companies can we model in blender and import it in max or maya or ... hand over the model?
Depends on the company, some are very strict with the way they work and won't allow it, some are very open. Generally the smaller teams are open minded to that.
I will go looking for more
Your first story hit a chord.
I propose a challenge. Could the next character you do be different from the ones you have done?
That would be fun, i have been planing to do something very different but i would rather do the design myself :)
There is place for all kind of art, but you have to be really good at what you do. You can go stylized no issue there
Just like what you said, it's not about the tool.
You speak the truth, especially right at the beginning, well said :)
I'm new to 3d animation and lerning blender for 1 month now. It looks a lot to learn to be so good like you. I have a lot of fun to learn it but how long do you think it takes to be as good as you? :D
Thank you!!!
And not to forget that company like Pixar have their own 3D program ^^
True that!
and I can see why. They all pretty much fall short of torturing machines for the user. Blender ahead of everything elsr, although zbrush is a close competitor for the one who blends your patience more.
Being an artist is real different than being a computer programmer, yet both can diversify (if that makes sense)
It does :)
I couldn't get the website mentioned in 18:00. Is it afjv.com?
Supa Cool !
Thanks xD
Woow!! thanks for these tips. Can you tell me the best way to sculpt the model? I usually use mouse for this but if anything else you recommend will help. Thanks in advance
Yup here: th-cam.com/video/R1CaEph3DTU/w-d-xo.html
thanks!
I have a question, I do not know if they already asked you this question. To select you use the right or left mouse button?
I use the default which is right i believe, you can change it
My question is what kind of education is required? Like do you have to be A+ student in school or something to get a job or get into an art college?
Unless you go to a super famous art college where that could be a selling point when applying a job (it will simply catch the eye of the employer since they expect high level work from students from these colleges) you don't need to go to one to find a job. They look at your work, not a piece of paper :)
How do you get your characters to be so smooth, I just started and my models are so geometrical and never get smooth, pls help
I have some real time sculpting on the channel, maybe check them out :)
One thing I'd personally suggest as a sculpter is dyntopo+smooth tool, just be carful, Dyntopo tends to be destructive in nature (meaning it actually alters the geometry iteslf, not just it's position) another thing could be subdivisions, or just smooth shading
the thought that Blender won't get me a job just occupied my mind for the last week thank god i saw this video 👍
Right on time i guess xD
what do you do first ? model with simetrie and then pose our start the model in the pose you want ?
Ahh depends honestly, it will differ from one character to another, situation, look i am going for and style
@YanSculpts Your Style is Awesome F* Them All !!
your Videos are Awesome too !!!

hi @@yansculpts ^^
I have some Questions About 3D Artist Jobs.
personally im a developer and i never used any 3D software tool like blender or Maya i try to be an artist when i Code ^_^.
i have a friend who is in love with Blender and from my point of view his into the good way. but your point of view will be much better :).
so my questions:
1) what are the Steps to be at your level ? ( at the moment he s able to model only low poly objects i.ibb.co/3zbZYXg/spritesheet-1.png )
2) is it better for him to Continue wih blender or using another 3D software like Zbrush ?
Generalist, probably the only thing in blender i have no clue about is coding.
You're right, meeting personally is often the key, just as in many area of life. I know, it'll work out sooner or later, but i don't like when i'm not in control, but depending heavily on luck.
Thank you sir, and great job as always! :)
Very helpful
Nice, glad it helped out :)
hw much do u smooth out the sculpt and hw do u balance the same surface on whole sculpture , do u draw you concept art first ?
No idea how to answer the first 2 questions, as for the concept depends on my mood i guess :)
Just wondering, can you make the glasses offset what we see behind them? depending of the levels of how bad your eyes are.
Yeah, you will have to create a glass material and play with the IOR
great vid
Thanks :)
Long story short; be very artistic, be very lucky, and get an online presence
Mmm, not really for the first one, it isn't about being artistic that could be misunderstood if someone didn't watch the video. Definitely didn't say anything about being lucky. 3rd one i mentioned so i will give you that :)
Sooo... if you want to be a professional artist, you have to be good at art. How insightful! :)
This kinda reminds me of those sculptors who use chainsaws. At the end of the day, you see the sculture, not the chainsaw.
Hello) I wonder, is there any chance to get a job without artistic skills?
Say, for example, I know topology modeling, Uv editing, rigging and even animation creation
but
Have no idea how to concept, texturing, lighting and render...
Does these skills need for a company, or it just useless?
Upd: ok i got it(21:38) - no chance at all
You definitely have a shot, but you’d probably be the last choice.
You need to start learning these skills, studios pretty much function by the saying:
“Jack of all traits, a master of none, better than a master of one”
@@thereinthetrees_5626 um...so if i got it clearly (english is not my native)
it's better to be a master of "nothing"
than
to be a master of one skill?
Strange thing...but related to studios, sounds true
(that's why i prefer freelancing instead🙂)
@@cold_un Not necessarily, the saying is suggesting that it’s better to have a decent knowledge base in many things while not having mastered any of them.
As opposed to only being good at one thing, and neglecting everything else
@@thereinthetrees_5626 oh, ok) thanks)
that is actually what i have so far.
That's why i still can't design a good portfolio of my work(because of too many skills)
10:06
correction : compositing , not composition
:)
that one is so confusing, i still feel like the internet haven't decided on it's definition xD
Verrys simple
-One composes a piece of music = composition
-Compositing = made out of several objects, layers = compositing software ( nuke ,ae , etc)
What about image composition, placement of elements and what not. That is definitely referred to as composition, check wiki.
True , the internet hasn't decided yet :)
Awesome video. I always wondered, do you sculpt with a stylus or a mouse?
Tablet :) th-cam.com/video/R1CaEph3DTU/w-d-xo.html&lc=Ugy_6bnseWiP9lvWd_F4AaABAg

Great vid as always!! Btw, just wondering - does your non 3d art resemble your 3d art style? As in similar stylised looks?
17:59 -> What does he say at this moment? Which site is it?
ahh i think it was a website to look for jobs available, dono if it is still up, afjv. JV stands for jeux video in french
big thumb up!
👍
but most job posting in artstation and such from companies state u need to be using zbrush or maya for character artist, cause of their pipeline, blender users can't apply for jobs, i myself started using blender a year or 2 ago, and u can say i reached decent level of skill using it and its a great tool to learn the basics, but now i m starting to think i should shift to using zbrush for many reasons, even though i hate how its camera rotation work
I know the video is a bit long so maybe you didn't watch the whole thing, i talked about that.
Can I re-upload some of your videos on my channel?
To be translated in Arabic and I will put your channel in the video and description
Sorry you can't do that, but there is an option to contribute to the video by adding subs, audience can do that.
