If your wife died on Nov. 3, 2023, she would not be eligible to vote in 2024. No state allows early voting in this year's election prior to dates in 2024. There are a few states that allow early voting in January of the voting year, but not before that.

Jail has been necessary for months already, this judge is all talk.
The Judge is trying to prevent jailing him for a few reasons, bringing the trial to a hault, be the distraction Trump’s looking for and also not making him a martyr; however, judge is putting not only Trump, but the world on notice that if he does end up incarcerated, he did it to HIMSELF.
You're just speaking from the depths of your legal expertise and experience.
So if the judge does throw him in jail and the text messages are still being produced…we will know it is his campaign producing the texts, the campaign should be held accountable!

I worked in a nursing home. Not true. Alot of people are there for rehab cant get around physically but are very mentally alert !! Not true.

I think Mr. Hovde, by saying nursing home residents have only 6 months to live, is confusing long-term care with hospice. In neither case is cognitive incapacity assumed. Mr. Hovde's statement is am example of a cognitive distortion. I am a physician specializing in geriatric care and I know what I am talking about.

The facts are that the rest of the World began the transition to Universal Health Care Systems in 1965. Americans have been left behind by a Congress that is committed to protecting the financial wealth and continued existence of private insurance corporations, while those same corporations believe that they have no commitment to Americans. People throughout the World view healthcare as a right, not as an insurance benefit. It is a testament to the poor level of medical care within the United States that it still remains this way 50 years later.

I couldn’t afford any insurance for the last 10 years, until ACA came along. Now I’m 67, and on Medicare, and Medicaid, but won’t know what I will do if they take it away. 😱😱
I have cancer and without insurance I wouldn’t have even had the money for the screening to find it early! Without insurance by the time I would be having symptoms there would have been nothing anyone could do. Please vote democratic and save the ACA! What kind of monsters want to take healthcare away from millions of Americans? Republican monsters!

For sane adults, there are only two options: 1) Somehow there is the most inconceivable and complex conspiracy to stop the worst possible spokesperson for unpopular policies, (but not stop the many other people advancing those policies) or 2) He is a serial con-man and the law is slowly, but finally, catching up.

Jail is a necessary punishment. He does not care about fines cause he will fight them and hope they go away. It is annoying. Just throw him in jail. That will be embarrassing to have a former president in jail but it is what it is.

Every × he violates should be 30 days in jail, for each × he violates the order, it's called coeturminous con current.. I believe finish 1 violation and start the other.. really
Coterminous concurrent....If you're trying to illustrate how he would serve 270 days for 9 violations, then no. Coterminous means that a sentence will end at the same time as another. For this example let's assume that the person is currently serving a 6 month sentence for a DUI and 2 months before he is released he is sentenced to serve 3 months for a probation violation, the sentence to run coterminous to his DUI sentence. This means that at the conclusion of his DUI sentence, he will be released. Besides, any sentence that exceeded 30 days would be overturned on appeal since the max sentence for contempt in NY is 30 days, and laddering of charges is disallowed.
