ਬਹੁਤ ਦੁਖਦਾਈ ਖਬਰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ 15 ਅਗਸਤ ਵਾਲੀ ਬੇਇਜਤੀ ਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਬਦਲੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਜਖਮਾਂ ਤੇ ਲੂਣ ਪਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਗੱਲ ਲੱਗਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਨਾ ਘਟੀਆ ਰਵਈਆ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਆਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ।
