If you really love this style but feel as if it's too formal, 1 good thing to do is go and look at his business casual capsule wardrobe, similar feel yet it's more casual. I have the same problem as you. I'm 16 and I love to dress like this. People will think at the beggining you are dressing up to overpower them, but overtime they will figure it's just your style.

Yes, I like that scent a lot for these looks particularly because it isn't overpowering but is still very assertive and elegant.
