Show up, don't ever call out, pick up every extra day you can. You will be fine. Just don't ever call out or quit when you think it's hard. Winners don't quit, your a winner. Save that $$$$.
That's low pay for how much you work, I worked for Yellow like 12-14 hours a day and made about $400 a day but we didn't have to touch anything, we load with forklifts and unload with pallet jack with a lift gate, a lot of the time the sites we'd deliver to had forklifts that took it off so we could just wait in the truck. I'd need to net like $2k per week to work for sysco.
1359.21 x 52 = $70,678.92 (His net pay x how many weeks in a year = total net pay in a year) His gross would be $84,050.72 if his pay checks remain the same.
Sygma going pay you more off rip but I thought you needed one year experience? Cr England is just for experience building but they will run you all 48 states if it’s otr
@@antonfreeman7614 Mann I can’t even imagine how hard that is! Bro but only a couple of our trailers have lift gates and that ramp breaks you down the more you use it🤦🏽♂️

Damn man that’s what I’m hoping for here in northern New Mexico. Base pay here is at 24.60 and we be in South Colorado pretty much everyday delivering.

Don't contribute so much $$ to 401k. Your putting in too much for a 21 year old. Save $$, buy a home, pay for cars cash. Run it up$$$$$
Horrible advice! Especially for a 21 year old.
Putting money in a 401K is investing in your future. Better to put as much as you can so you can retire and don’t have to worry about working
You working almost 49 hours in 3 days? What type of routes ya running? 😂
Mannnn straight up bullshit😂😂😂
What's good bro I start CDL school in 2 weeks. Sygma and Cr England been calling me which one should I go to. I'm in Denver Colorado
