I am trying to play a CBT on steam. I turned on my controller support in steam settings as told, i even have it set to forced on when game start. i have the configuration the way i want, and have exported it to save it. When i load into a match, only the left stick works (movement) which tells me that a default configuration of some kind is being used; could be the devs have a controller support in place but only have the left stick programmed. How do i have my configuration override the game default?

I have had a problem with setting up my controller. Maybe others have had this as well. Generally I play all of my games with a higher sensitivity, so I upped the "mouse sensitivity" for my controller's analog stick. Then once I back out of controller configurations setting and then hop into the game the sensitivity will work how I want it for about 20 seconds. Then randomly, the sensitivity will drop to the normal and it will no longer work how I want it. Is there a way to fix this??

This kinda worked for me! The problem I had is that some games just would NOT even detect my Xbox Controller or remaps in the middle of gameplay. So I had to map my Xbox Inputs to the Keyboard inputs. But still it directed me what to do if the game can't find the controller. Thank you so much!
