You should have like 200.000 in my opinion, cause Forts is a niche game. But still totally fine for every RTS Fan.

You can tell, that you are making an effort for your videos on TH-cam. Keep it up, I like it! 👍💪 I discovered forts through Incursus Gaming before around 2 years and that's how I have found you. Maybe I will play forts more often in future, atm I have less time to do that. But I like to watch every live-stream/video from you and Incursus, if I have a bit time to do that. 😅
Just don't let the streamsnipers always trigger you. It's not always easy, but I think that over time you may lose interest if you get less excited about it. Maybe streams where you comment more are a good change, even if it's probably more boring for you.

I don't play on stream anymore, just commentary, but thanks for the input. I've tried to not let them trigger me, but they come is droves just to piss me off, so this way, they can't :)

You try that against top tier players and they'll crush you. It's the entire reason I made the video, new players think its "simple" to do just as you said, and they get picked apart.
