I have a love-hate relationship with skumnut. He's really entertaining to watch. He also makes me feel largely inadequate as a gamer. I never got past the fire giant. Meanwhile skumnut is like "watch me beat elden ring using only farts" and defeats the elden beast in under a week. I don't have this man's fortitude.
Fire giant Is a war of attrition. I'm no expert but I've learned that having a summon wacks out the Fire Giants AI sometime, so going solo is probably best unless youre a mage. Use Torrent to close distance and only lock on when you are sure you have a clear shot. Don't be greedy and only get one or two hits at a time. Then run away. Notible weak points are his ankle in the first phase and his hands in the second phase.

Crystal torrent is the crystallian sorcery version of the one he used, which is called crystal barrage. Similar spells, but the latter isn’t a true crystallian sorcery.
This has made me realize that maybe I should utilize consumables a bit more. There's one that scales with just about any stat set-up... I'll keep this in mind.
Fun fact I learned from my insomnia playthrough. Howl of Shabriri increases the likelihood you take agro from enemies, thats why your mimic wouldn't distract Fire Giant.

You can twink this over from another character, I wouldn’t torture you by forcing you to fight her under the previously mentioned conditions. -Jamie is a member of the King’s Guard who wear white capes as a part of their uniform, and as a Lannister the Lion is his family’s symbol and red and gold are his house’s colors, for this reason you should wear either the Raging Wolf Armor for the white cape or Radahn’s Armor for the golden lion design and red cape, he never wears a helmet though. -Lastly, the sword is the Lordsworn straight sword simply because it looks like he Valyrian steel sword Widow’s Whale, the sword he uses, although the Longsword will work fine until then and looks like the swords he used before getting his Valyrian steel one.

Did you try using mimic tear, bleed, arcane and the Alexander summon? I think Morg might even be harder than fire giant due to how agressive he can be
