- Today we explore a Thai market in Chatuchak and eat spicy Khao Soi, a Northern Thai coconut curry noodle soup with Burmese influence. We meet up with my beloved travel buddy, who recommends a particular shop for the tasty noodles! Afterwards we check out Chatuchak Market (also known as JJ). But first, we have a little adventure riding the boat through the waterways of Bangkok. Watch to see the day unfold :)

I had khao soi noodles yesterday. It's one of my favorite Thai dishes. I especially like the pickled cabbage that goes with it as a condiment. Unfortunately, my favorite noodle soup maker closed her restaurant because the chopping and stirring gave her tendonitis.
