Hi there I have recently purchased one of your Wok's but literally everything is sticking to it when I cook anything......have you any tips on how to season the Wok please? Any help welcome please xx
We have a video on how to season your wok! th-cam.com/video/odkYsBHTXNI/w-d-xo.html. The more you use it, the more it will season and become non stick. Also make sure to keep a high heat! If the heat is too low then things will stick regardless of how seasoned it is - Chris

Hi Jeremy, what a fantastic dish and a great idea using noodles as a bed for the scallop. -Fabulous
For those who may feel uncomfortable using a cleaver, I'd recommend using a utility or prep knife to separate the scallop from the shell. Also retaining the coral or roe is a personal choice as most chefs remove it as they say it can leave a bitter after taste of have no flavour at all.
Also, at the back of the scallop, you will find a tiny muscle, remove it, as if you decide to wok fry, this tiny muscle cooks faster than the rest of the scallop and will go totally rubbery.
