Thank you so much for your info.
I plan to come in June. Regarding the current situation and former experiances, I would prefer to skip Poland and cross Lituanian border. Only 60 Euro? But BY customs say one needs 480 Euro per month. So I will take an other currency. Formerly the limited amount for crossing to Belarus was maximum US$ 10000. And luggage maximum 50 kg. I can not find any information about these limits. Are there no more limitations? Am I really free to take as much as I want? Please check for me, because I would really like to bring 50 kg without paying extra fees.

Hi Natalia, I am from Sri Lanka. I am studying in one of Belarus university for learning Russian Language.I have been here from August and my husband came to Belarus on October. When he lives in Sri Lanka he applied to Poland for working and he received the work permit and other documents. So currently we live in belarus, is it possible to apply poland visa from Minsk embassy for boarder crossing in this situation? (We have been Belarus still approximately 5 months. ) I need a reply from you and if you can please let me know your whatsapp number. Thank you
