Human Rogue plus Charlatan Background plus Skilled as the Bonus Human Origin Feat plus Reliable Talent (which I believe comes at 7th now instead of 11th). By the Gods! You'll almost never fail a Skill Check! Another informative video. Thanks.
I kinda like Human and taking Alert and Magic Initiate to pick up Find Familiar. You can swap initiative with the familiar, and also see through its senses for dark vision with a bonus action or blind sense with a bat. And you get reroll anything with Heroic Inspiration So you get advantage on initiative, awesome senses and vision and the old lucky feat. Plus you can be a small human and summon a goat to ride or the Op Onyx
I am confused about the Magic initiate feat. So if you are a non-spell caster and you take this, do you automatically cast them as spell slot when you level up? Like if I take Magic Missile, would I gain extra missiles the more I level up? Otherwise it would be a waste of a feat for anything but a 1st or 2nd level non-spell caster. 🤔🤔
Thank you for making these videos I'm coming in to dnd after my verry first campaine, and it will be my turn to dm next, thanks for making the new rules easy to understand while I wait for my copy of PH2024 😅🎉😂
Great video! Thank you for explaining it so well.
Glad I could help!
Love the series. Awesome work. Thank you.
No problem! Glad you like it!

@@rickspotten8497 Yeah, Human Rogues can get almost all the skills immediately! Never fail any check.

That’s a powerful combo!
Get a musician in your party so they can give you inspiration again every short rest.
@@XanderHarris1023 Yeah, it’s a potent combo!

@@The_RealWilliam No, free castings are at base level. These types of feats are intended to be more useful for spellcasters.
Rock Gnome, Sailor Background, Elements Monk. That’s my first character. No one is going to be allowed to keep their knees.
I love it!
My first D&D 2024 character will be a Human Bard Dancer with the Musician and Travern Brawler feats
That sounds like a good build!

My next game, I'm picking Crafter to buy a plot of land or house. And expecting my 20% off.
@@xiongray Haha, good luck! 🤞🏻
