Don Ireland maybe you need to stop fishing and let the fish eat the duckweed. lol environmental issues are usually just issues for farmers hunters and fishers.

Dude, just cut the bottom of the bucket off and fix a mesh to it.......
Heck, in the Midwest we try to kill this stuff off because it takes over our ponds and screws up the fishing.
