    5 years later he has not made one package of food out of this and has spent over a half a million dollars on this project. What a big boondoggle

    we have started a project in zimbabwe, africa making fish food using a combination of black soldier fly, duckweed, moringa leaves and dried sweet potatoes, as all ingredients are available locally and cheap

    If Duckweed had any nutritional value people would have been eating it for thousands of years. But it doesn't. You want to feed people Pond scum? Or you want to try to feed them Soylent Green. This was a waste of money and energy

      Is it not significantly high in protein? From researching in books and online I think it is? I've read that it's eaten in east asia
