A wonderful work, Justin. A good job on this Red Lancers. And with the work on the 6mm ones you can be fully satisfied Very detailed paintwork for these tiny figures. Impressive in every kind! Greetings, Joachim
Hi Justin they look superb you can see the amount of time and effort you have spent on them gorgeous paint work well done mate . If you look on my videos you Should find that I use a green grey to light light white , I like the effect it gives but it's not everyone's taste. Don't know how you manage to paint those little ones mate . Take care mate Terry
Great stuff Justin, lancers are ace. Have to get back to you on the white horse, I’ve just started two! Currently I’m starting with a base of Vallejo Deck Tan. Thinking of painting a thinned down light grey into the recesses and highlighting with Vallejo Off White. 6mm looks great, a scale I’m interested in but never tried out. Not heard of Grumbler, look good though.
Very nice work, figures look fantastic.I paint white horses starting with a mid Grey, then a Black wash then dry brush White.Glad your ok after you bike mishap, could of been a lot worse.Ride Safe bud 👍👍
The Lancers look great. I would have gone with grey base on the white horse, highlighting up to an off white. Looks like you have gone with grey too? I think it looked good. Those 6mm figures are crazy. Fantastic painting.
Lovely figures, youve done a outstanding job on these guys Justin. Bet those uniforms got them...er..a few pints ;) ;) The 6mm are looking fantastic. I don't know about you, but I was shocked at how much detail 6mm still has.
Very interested in those 6mm as I have been thinking about picking up some 6mm Naps. Not heard of Grumbler before. They seem new as their range is very limited at the moment.
Didn't they turn out well. The white horse i would start with something like ivory then go off white and a final highlight of white. You could even start with a first color of very very very light grey perhaps(and i do mean very light)Be careful on the bike i have had a few tumbles on bikes they are not nice.🐻🤗👍
Lovely work on the lancers! I like the contrast of the colors on them. Look really cool.
Thank you James
