My favorite knife was the wizard even though it was very expensive but it’s not shown here
@@marcroman1377 dang I had no idea it was already available on their site, thanks for the heads up I’ll pin your comment and add the link Artisan Cutlery: Wizard shrsl.com/4ssam
I ment the enchanter that was my favorite knife I feel in love with blade
Fell in love with
@@Stassa23 no way! I love my Mage so much I'm definitely getting a Sorcerer.
@ same here it’s an awesome knife, I just need to find a better pocket clip because mine is a little tight in my jeans 👌🍻🍻
Thank you for all your hard work and valuable information you provide to the knife community. Happy New Year!
I love your reviews... Thanks!
Just a random thought while scrolling through your content today, but thank you for not having clickbait thumbnails.
He's great about his video descriptions too. Wayne's World keeps spamming the same thing and it drives me nuts.
Stassa...thanks for delivering all of us so much great content in 2024...we are all super hyped to see what you bring us in 2025...👊
Great list!!
My favorite I purchased is the Mayhem. Just to fun with that big old blade and the awesome lock that was made for figeting.😊
Wow, great choices!
It’s been a while since I’ve been in the knife game, and I’m so glad to see how well your channel is doing!
That’s awesome!
Congrats!
Howdy and Happy New Year Big S! Great list and appreciate all you do all year long!
Great list !!! Thanks for giving us so much excellent content !!!!
My favorites were from vosteed and Kizer. Really like the acorn and the mink. I want to buy the marten and the psyop and maybe a corgi. Kizer had some great fixed blades this year especially the smolt and the muskrat
Thanks for some of the best knife content on YT. Happy New Year!🎉🎉🎉
another great video bro!
Thanks for the video. Hope your back is feeling better
Received the Large Pyrite Light and Tenable Rafe L and ColibriTech today. All awesome.
Have the Ankylo and Neurohaptic arriving friday.
Im Stoked.
Good stuff, man! My Kizer Hawk should be arriving this week. 😊
I cant wait to see what else ticonic has in store for us great video man 👍
That Fireball is 🔥. Might have to grab one of those.
Vosteed Marten looks really promising. I still everyday my Knafs Lander 3 and Lander 2.
Great list Stassa, I just got in one of these myself! I bought the Magnacut Kershaw Bel Air the day after Christmas! I got the BladeHQ exclusive in blue Ti and it’s AMAZING! That knife along with the QSP Penguin in S90V that I got is another fave of mine this year! My 3rd fave this year is the Divo Nip Lite, and I bought 3, so that should tell you how much I love that knife! Happy New Year Brother and I look forward to all the great content you’ll be releasing in 2025! 👍🏻
Love that Havorn! I jus a flipper addict. Another I've always loved although not a 2024 but, similar blade style the MKM Goccia.
Ankylo, psyop, fireball, and tristache, but I don't remember the price. My favorites from this year
Would love to be buying in this range Mr Stassa. Hopefully one day. Thanks for the look 👍
I’m surprised I haven’t seen any TH-camrs complaining or commenting on vosteeds pivot lock button breaking off. The Ankylo I have broke twice in 3 weeks so I just quit using it. Definitely not impressed with my first vosteed.
This happened to me too. Very disappointed with Ankylo v-anchor lock.
The ketuo yakuza was one of my favorites of this year
🔥Fireball🔥 #1 by far, Tempest Microjet, and probably Kizer Militaw
This price range by as the most bang for the buck IMO.
Thanks for all the great content! Hope you and yours have an awesome 2025! Count me as one of the ones screaming about the Bel Air.
Where do I need to watch for the fireball? I don't want to miss it again.
My top five…1. Kershaw Belair 2. Demko Shark Cub in 20CV 3. Karbon Buckhorn (aluminum) 4. Vosteed Valhund 5. Lander 2 clip point
Fave's were Prince Protean, Vero Myelin, and Griffin X-series bolster
@@DrMaddog I’ll have to check that first one out 👌🍻
Love the Loki. Under 3" blade too so legal in Los Angeles. I held back on the Buckhorn until the cheaper 14C28N came out and it is worth it, especially when it went on sale for $125. I would personally have put the FM-1 at the top of these knives. Love that thing.
@@sloanNYC I love the FM-1 as well but the new owners of Cold Steel did some Rea shady stuff with a bunch of reviewers so they kinda left a bad taste in my mouth 👌🍻
@ ohhhhh. I was not aware. What a shame. Totally understand why then.
Damn i saw the swisstech losung in the thumbnail, was hoping to see it ranked! Haha
The only models I tried for the first time this year that earned a permanent spot in my collection were the Native Chief, the WE Praxis and the Militaw. I also liked the Bel-Air, but crossbar locks just don't seem to have lasting power with me. I never feel like I can trust a crossbar lock and wind up going back to a frame lock, back lock or something like the Manix 2. I'm usually pretty biased towards USA-made knives, but both the Praxis and the Militaw are clearly legend status designs. Native Chief is too, but I need either that CruCarta version or AWT to release some aftermarket scales for it to really hit perfection like the Native 5 does.
My favorite knife this year is a tie between the Kizer mini Militaw and the Artisan Wizard.
@@paulschuckman6604 both great 👍🍻
@Stassa23 maybe I'll run into the same problem with the clip on the Sorcerer. The Mage I have is just a fidget safe queen right now.
I so bad want a black pearl fireball!!!
Divo tallboy is my pick. (Didn’t get the fireball) yet but that’s my pick
@@cainmiranda1204 yeah if the tallboy would still be available it would have definitely made this list 👌🍻🍻
Ticon1 🔥
Dude what was that fixed blade that was black with yellow. I saw it in a short a while ago.
Good list, as always. Shame the WE High-Fin XL comes in just over $250. I'd take that over any of these.
I agree with just about every knife u mentioned. Hopefully u get a chance to check out the Kubey Decinal
@@IDKReviews-db9xf I’ll definitely go check it out 👌🍻
Idk if im wrong, but it seemed like in your thumbnail I saw the swiss tech losung knife? Idk if you have experience with it and I know its not the best value, but I was wondering how you thought it was overall!
I absolutely love the look and most knifes that look similar in terms of classy are liner or frame lock which im not a fan of. Trying to convince myself to just pull the trigger haha
@@I3asyl it’s definitely a good first higher end knife from them. I am actually carrying it right now, mine has some button stick but not bad. I don’t love the blade finish it feels like it my corrode because it’s pretty ruff feeling. I haven’t started the testing yet so that’s all I can really say so far 🍻
@ cool thank you!! Overall would you say it’s fidgety and could the button stick be fixed by cleaning or lubing?
Berg blades tick, sharp by design mini tempest and the sweeney of course.
I'm obsessed with 80's fat carbon rt now. I just put new 80's fat carbon scales on my Manix.
Are you in a knife group on FB? I want to see these scales on a Manix.
The Griffin X Series bolster lock was one of my top 3. The Kizer Hawk was my favorite in this range. I didnt like the Psyop. Its all belly and...idk...it just didnt do it for me. Have you saw the High Grains Designs Deville? I got it coming and it may be number one. The Excalibur should be here soon too.
@@natehoover5266 yep the Griffin will definitely be on my $250 and over list no doubt 👌🍻🍻I’ll have to check out that Deville 👊👊
@@natehoover5266 hopefully they do another run of the Deville looks awesome it reminds me of the Brian Brown Yeager a little looks awesome 🍻
@Stassa23 i think I may have bought the last one. One thing he did and I wish other companies would do, is make titanium inlays.
That remette is so cruel. They’re like “let’s get all these lefties excited over a remette with a filler tab, then at the last minute we’ll reveal it’s actually a toothpick! That’ll teach them, we’d rather add a debatably useful tool that’ll probably get lost immediately than add a clip mount for the incorrect 10% of the population!”
Still waiting for the review of the Cleo ???
Surprised not to see real steel up there more. Specially the perix. Need to be more choices available for left hand. Too many knife designers are making their knives for right hand carry only.
@@krefcenz the PERIX was in my $100 and under video I posted 👍🍻
@@krefcenz I just ordered 3 more Real Steel knives yesterday 👍
Great knives. Your dog sounds upset lol
@@briongates2900 he is always upset lol every time someone drives by the house
How's the back feeling?
@@Pete-wr4kj still bad but I was at least able to finish editing this one today and if it still hurts by the 2nd I will go get a shot that usually helps some and maybe some more PT 🍻
But these are great knives
I used to be against buying Chinese knives & I still prefer American designs more overall. However, American knife companies are pricing themselves out of the market. There are a lot of Chinese manufacturers putting out high quality knives for a fraction of the cost. However, I will not buy a Chinese knife that cost as much as a high end American knife.
Any and all kunwu, all kunwu
@@unknown-ql1fk love me some Kunwu 👌🍻🍻
comment for you too
Kunwu=KOOON-WOOO not Kann-wooo how do people getting free sh!t from these companies not know how to pronounce their names
U really like china!! One USA knife WTF!!
I don't think I would buy a Chinese made knife that cost a hundred bucks, or more. I would not spend more than $20, if at all.
@@BongDonkySecret77 if our U.S. companies could compete I wouldn’t either
Yeah, not a fan of expensive Chinese knives. If I am spending the money, it will be on something made in the USA.
That doesn't guarantee quality @@johnruiz6743
@@johnruiz6743- pretty much everything you buy has cheap foreign made parts. Did you type this response on technology of any kind? 90%+ foreign.
Funny thing is that a $20 chinese knife would have better quality than any US production knife, so you really wouldn't need to spend any more.
Best knives of the year mean “best knife” not best company. So to put the Ticon1 at 7 because it’s their first model and you want to make sure the company sticks around makes zero sense
Always promoting folding knives which are absolutely worthless compared to fixed ones.
