- Larrion Davis took the stand in the Apple River standing trial and changed the story he told police in March. He recorded some cell phone video of the Apple River incident - he was taking selfie Snapchat video as the Miu encounter was happening behind him.

The "victim" who repeatedly assaulted and tried to strangle the actual victim. In the video it's clear how that person fell...He was lunging at Nicolae Mae, again) and, in doing so, impaled himself on Miu's pocket knife which was in his hand at that point.
And rightfully so.
