A vast majority of the time you do NOT go near a baby animal in the woods. Especially if it’s a baby predator. Mom will justifiably kick your ass….and feed you to the baby. But only after it’s clear something is wrong, do you intervene. Something may of happened to Mom. I hope she can be rehabilitated. If not, she goes to a really good home. Poor girl. Looks weak, but is a fighter. I may of been a hunter, but I have a soft spot for Cougars. They are my spirit animal.🥰
The headline says orphaned for a reason this baby is lucky it was rescued clearly no one is attempting to go near it they was rescuing it it’s mother is not around
