- Monument Valley AZ is a spectacular location in the US for magical western landscapes! In this short video, I go through some of the basics of when, where, and why you want to shoot at this location. Enjoy!

beautiful spot, stunning photography....
Great to see you posting videos again. This one just popped up in my feed (I subscribed again). I thought you had given up on TH-cam. Monument Valley is certainly on our bucket list. Thanks for the great info on locations and vendors!
Welcome back!
Lots of good information, Thanks!
Glad it was helpful! thanks for watching
Good info, thanks Moose!
Love this report. lots of insights. Your looking well Moose
Thanks - good tips about a great place!
Any time! thanks for watching!
Great info. Thanks for sharing. I have yet ot make it out that way but will try to make it a point to stay there for the views (and convenience) of shooting from the balcony (I mean I will obviously do some exploring and hiking as well). Was actually near there (in Page, AZ) last year but didn't have enough time to do MV justice (one day) so I decided to put it off and wait until I had a few days to really explore and appreciate the area so I do plan to visit sometime in the near future.
Hey Moose, I did not think it was possible to get as much ground-level information as you included in this 6 minute video. Thx for that. One last thing, however. What filters did you use? By chance, did you use a Reverse graduated ND filter ?
thanks for watching! I used none
What rooms face the right direction and how early do you have to make reservations for these rooms?
I talked about the only rooms I recommend. You need to talk to the lodge for the answers you seek.
Hi Moose, What room did you stay in? Was it on the top floor?
Thanks for watching ... I think I gotcha covered in the video on rooms :-)
