I am in the market to buy an Automatic transmission car with a budget of ~10.50 lakhs On road. I live in Kolkata and 90% of my usage is within the city and in peak traffic. However, my daily run is not more than 20-25 kms in total. After test driving most of the cars, I finalised on Tata Nexon Petrol AMT (XZA+) which I'm getting at 10.70 lakhs on road after discounts. But the confusion is that I am getting Maruti Brezza ZDI+ Diesel AMT at 10.85 lakhs on road after discounts. Nexon petrol's mileage is 10 kmpl and brezza's mileage is 15 kmpl and moreover Brezza has a more responsive AMT gearbox but I did not like the interiors and build quality of Brezza. Please suggest me which one should I buy given the fact that I am getting a Diesel AMT Brezza at the price of Petrol AMT Nexon.
