Taobao Unboxing Of Rare Cubes: Tweetie Pie 2x2 Head, Diansheng Bubble 3x3, Conjoined 3x3's & More!

- In this video I unbox some rare cubes from Taobao, the agent I use is Taobaoring.
First is the 1999 Puzzle Headz LTD. Warner Bros Tweetie Pie 2x2 head, this is a 2x2x2 shape mod, it's very locky so it can be very frustrating when trying to do a Algorithm because it'll make you loose your place.
Next is the Diansheng Bubble cube, it is a small 3x3x3 with convex tiles which almost look like they could be pieces of candy. This is a very difficult twisty puzzle to get a hold of now. It has decent turning.
Then there is the 3x3 which looks like a Gear Cube, this to turns quite decently.
Then there is a 10cm 3x3, most big cubes either have tiles or are stickerless, this one has stickers though. It has no corner cutting, but for a casual solve at a normal pace (not trying to speedsolve it) it turns good enough.
Lastly we have a set of four conjoined 3x3's in the shape of a cross or an X, because the 3x3's are conjoined it creates bandaging. I'm sure this is a mod that the seller has made, it doesn't seem mass produced. There is no CubeTwist logo on it, and the 3x3's that are used are not the same as what CubeTwist uses for their conjoined 3x3's. - บันเทิง

Craziest conjoined puzzle I've ever seen. It would be really cool to see one like that where all of the axis are fully functional.

That's what I thought when I saw it, so I just had to have it. :)
When 3x3's are conjoined, it restricts which parts of each 3x3 you can turn (bandaging), which means solving them is completely different from solving a single 3x3.

I like that these are considered rare. These were gems a bit before I stopped cubing. I stopped a bit after the zhanchi came out. I still buy some here and there. but I just think it's funny that these are rare cause when I cubed these were considered the cubes that nobody really wanted. times change I guess

You should try to find the YJ Crazyfoot cube it's a 10cm 3x3x3 that actually is a decent turning 3x3. It turns better then the one you just got. Plus it has better quality stickers that are a bit textured. it's the same type of textured stickers you'll find on the older YJ puzzles form 2009-2012

I've tried looking for the CrazyFoot but they are very hard to find, I think I may have spotted one on Taobao though, there's no mention of the brand, but it's white, the stickers are textured and I think it's 10cm.
That gear cube is purely cosmetic, no gear cube aspects at all

That puzzle kind of reminds me of the Xcube X2
You can mix and match your gear cube pieces as long as both cubes are the same model as the gear cube extreme, like the one you have there, and depending on the number of gears you have, it changes the difficulty. I believe there are 8 different combinations you can make and normally you need like 3 or 4 cubes, but since you have that no gear cube and I'm assuming you have a regular gear cube in that form, you can get any of the combos with just those 2. There's a post about this on the TP forum

Thanks man, I now do try to edit the long boring bits out of my videos, to make them feel more faster paced and like they're dragging on too much.
I just read your post on the TPF and I don't have an account there so I can't comment there. If you want my opinion, I can't say your voice is boring at all. But you should do more editing. I think the "boring" part is that it's a very slow paced video. Edit them, jump cut to what matters, speed up the pace of the video a bit. For instance, when you take them out of the box, just say quickly what it is, cut to you holding the next one, say it what is, etc. One after another. Then cut straight to the part where the box is gone and they are lined up. As soon as you stop talking, cut or fast forward to the next part where you start talking again.
After you play with Tweetie you say let's look at the next puzzle. Just jump straight to where you finish taking the bubble wrap off. Don't give people a chance to get distracted while you do the "boring" stuff, they might see a video in the sidebar that looks more interesting and leave or something else.
Your voice is not boring at all, but your editing makes the overall tone of the video "boring".

It's the other way around. With most cubes when you hold them so yellow is the top, green is to the right of red.

The gear cube is hand made I think, I haven't seen it anywhere. It's made from gear cube extreme's.
I think I'll probably get a normal white gear cube, and then swap some of the pieces with the pieces of the one in the video, and maybe I'll end up with two gear puzzles that are different from the normal one and the extreme which I already have.
Good idea, but I'm not sure if that will work or if it will make a difference. But I'm interested to see it!
