I just had a cool idea for a mod (this is unrelated to this video) make a ghost ball. First mix up the ghost cube, then Dremmel it. You may need to sticker it. I think it would be really cool. Also, if you mixed the ghost cube up first, the chances of 2 being the same are insanely low

Ya I guess so. Maybe you could make a 3 by 3 ball, but sticker it with the layers misaligned

No. You can see how hard it is to make a simple move. A middle move has twice the friction and would be incredibly hard to do anyway on my own. I think that's clear from watching the video.
