    I made another ship from scratch and it's bigger and better than ever! It's made in the style of the Tech army from the new tabletop war game called Full Spectrum Dominance.

    What a wicked cool design for a spaceship! The only thing that bugs me is not knowing the scale/size for this ship. Is this a small drone (hence the iris/optics on the front), a starfighter (say x-wing size) or a large battle cruiser (Enterprise/Star Destroyer)?? The thing is that your original design could work for all of the above.
    I love all of the detailing you did, from the underwing greeblies to the scribed panel lines and layers on the wings. It is so graceful I'm sure this could actually fly! The handmade tubes along the sides look like the perfect spot for some 3-d printed ones. Kudos for making them from scratch.

    Great scratch build! Wonderful attention to detail. I always get so nervous working with styrene because I'm never certain it's going to break in the right place. Maybe a scoring tool is right for me..?

    • @BPCustomCreations
      @BPCustomCreations  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you! Styrene shouldn't be that hard to snap along a score line. If you have had problems with it it might not be scored deep enough. 1mm sheet for example most likely needs a few passes with a cutting knife before it's ready to snap. If you are forcing it too much you need to cut deeper first. The P cutter that I talk about in the video digs out a lot of material but can be less precise depending on what you want to do.

    • @bigbrawler3080
      @bigbrawler3080 ปีที่แล้ว

      Or is it just a hunk of wood you're bending heated plasticard and foam around?

    • @BPCustomCreations
      @BPCustomCreations  ปีที่แล้ว

      When I started using plasticard it felt like magic. The tool comment was kind of a joke. Cut Transform Glue is a channel on TH-cam that does a lot of scratch building and he made one in a video. It's just two blocks of wood screwed together with small spacers in between that allow you to bend long pieces uniformly along a scored line.
