My eyes were in tears when the Liti chokha vendor said to its just 10 rupees with ghee liti chokha . It's real service to society through profession. Hats off to this real Gentleman .
Its because also the very society where he lives also serve him very well. Otherwise how come a street Liti seller can send all his 4 kids to school and College and can be proud for their success ? It's because School and University education is free for everyone in West Bengal, the only state in India that has completely free very high quality public school and higher education system just like France and Germany and is accessible for everyone. This is the beauty of the free public education.
